Don't accept a Doordash order if you aren't going to make it, my friends and I made an order and waited for an hour for it to be "Store is preparing your order" the entire time.

Ordered for the first time on the app for pickup and arrived 2 mins later to a drink cup half full with way too much ice and a cold sandwich that was crooked as a question mark, that also had too much sauce.

yum ? my go-to order is a few roast beef sliders, cup of au jus, and an order of jalepeno bites.. with the bronco berry sauce. (I do miss the potato cakes though!)

The staff was very polite. However, my drink was only 3/4 full, and there was nobody else behind me in the drive-through. Went inside to fill up the rest of the drink myself- should have ordered inside to begin with.

Food I normally great if you go in or drive thru but DO NOT ORDER THRU THE APP. The food has been cold the last two times I ordered through the app. The two for 9.99 is a good deal but this last ti.e the fries were cold and very hard. The sandwich was on a hint of warm and we are only about five minutes away. I will not order through the app again as the food is pulled too early and is not kept warm at all. Also the fries did jot taste fresh.

The doors were unlocked and everything we walked in at 5:14 pm dinner time for a lot of people. They told us they were not talking orders and we had to leave.

Food is what you come to expect from Arby's which is pretty ok but they close earlier than the rest do in my area and I sometimes don't get my seasonal flavor milk shake cravings until after 9pm.... So with that in mind, I give them 2
