Went in to use a coupon for buy one get one free from a coupon book I purchased from my sons school..well after having to jump threw the hoop of you have to download the app we along with workers couldn’t even get it to work so we left..don’t have coupons in a book to purchase that you can’t even use. I never leave bad reviews but wasted my time for nothing

Pretzel is good but the employees weren't the best. 3 people working at the front, they ignored me. Joking around so loud. Finally the girl handling my food without looking, take my payment and just walk out to continue joking around.

Stood at the register, ignored by all 3 employees while one employee was getting drinks for the only other customer there. Food tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamps for a while.

Heaven on earth. The pizza bites are literally heaven. The only complaint I could possibly have are their cups are kinda small but other then that this is the only reason left to come to the lakes mall ty miss anne

The pretzels are okay, just okay. I have only tried the samples they hand out though. But, I walk several times a week around the mall for exercise and quite often see the little hot dogs they put in the pretzel dogs sitting out in a plastic tub for long periods of time, like more than two hours. That worries me so I have never tried one even though I know I like them at other places.
