Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

I ordered 2 grinders and an order of cheese breadsticks. I asked for 1 to be plain, just meat and cheese. I picked up my order and when I got home, my grinder had lettuce and Mayo on it. I returned it and they asked if I wanted another one. I said yes and they proceeded to make another one. Again I told them plain, just meat and cheese. When they brought it out to me, I checked it and it was covered in Mayo. I told the kid behind the counter it was wrong again and he started arguing with me that I never said no Mayo. Plain, just meat and cheese to me means NO MAYO. I chose not to have them make a 3rd sandwich. Instead I went home and ate my now cold cheese breadsticks. Worst $46 I've ever spent. I will NOT be back!!!

If I could have given a zero rating, I would have. So ridiculous, they stopped delivering but have delivery option still online. When I called to check on my order they had absolutely no help as they said they had no drivers. I waited an hour and no one called me to say so just let my order sit there. I cancelled as I couldn't leave work to get it.

The pizza used to be good with great sauce. Ordered three tonight and probably won't order again. Practically no sauce or toppings...

I tried to order from Bellacino's and they wouldn't allow me to order unless I left a tip. I was driving there to pick it up and they still wanted me to tip even though there wasn't any table service or delivery. I guess they don't really want repeat business. And definitely didn't want my business the first time. I went somewhere else.

I placed an online order at 6:09 pm today for pickup at 6:40. We attempted to pick up our order to find (we were told) it was never made. So we have them start making it then and it should be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later at 7:20, we find out our order was given to someone else. They are now making our order AGAIN. The people who got our order called in and said they would bring it back. Bellacinos said we could take that one once they brought it back (excuse me? No. I’m not taking something that was given to someone else). For the inconvenience, we were offered a 5$ off coupon for next time but oh wait, they ran out of those. So we were now offered a free order of cheese sticks. I’m sorry but this is not acceptable. I spent over $60 on pizza for my family that I’m still not even sure I’m going to get.
