I placed an online order at 6:09 pm today for pickup at 6:40. We attempted to pick up our order to find (we were told) it was never made. So we have them start making it then and it should be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later at 7:20, we find out our order was given to someone else. They are now making our order AGAIN. The people who got our order called in and said they would bring it back. Bellacinos said we could take that one once they brought it back (excuse me? No. I’m not taking something that was given to someone else). For the inconvenience, we were offered a 5$ off coupon for next time but oh wait, they ran out of those. So we were now offered a free order of cheese sticks. I’m sorry but this is not acceptable. I spent over $60 on pizza for my family that I’m still not even sure I’m going to get.

We usually get take out, but decided to dine in today. My Club was good, but my husband's Rueben not so good. My biggest complaint was about your drinks. 2 of the fountain flavors were out, including Coke. The Diet Coke was practically clear. Oh and no ice either. There was a pop machine supposedly selling cans of pop, but it wasn't working either.

Ordered pizza and french fries.. pizza was decent but the fries were oven baked which isn't bad but they just tasted old. Ate inside and there was no AC, a single fan pointing at the kitchen, thermostat said it was 80 degrees inside, carpet was really dirty and tore up, none of the tables wiped down, walls very bare not really any atmosphere at all. No decoration, 3 out of 6 soft drink flavors were out of service. They do have a TV that was playing the food network Chanel so that was nice I guess.. with Mr scribs and Pizza Hut and Little Caesars all within 5 minutes I probably won't be going here again.

I go here often for their salads, I’ve had the chicken salad and also their steak salad. My boyfriend gets their grinders all very good! Food is typically done in 10 minutes.

We ordered two 16" pizzas and were very disappointed. I have enjoyed the sandwiches in the past, but these pizzas were below expectation. Unfortunately, we ordered the for a picnic and did not get a favorable response from our guests either.

Worse than a week old gas station pizza! The quality is so inconsistent. One day best pizza in town the next cooked on top of a molding trash can!

I just moved to the area, so I thought I'd try Bellacino's. We love the Mancino's in Grand Haven. The food Was almost as good. (it appears to be the same recipe, but quality or execution is off.) I'll likely try it again if we done find something better.
