I understand they’ve had reduced hours recently but even the sign they put on their door says 6am-2pm weekdays. Showed up at 7:40 to all of the lights on, staff inside, product out, but both doors locked. Love that.

The Muskegon location was very well kept but I had asked for Cheddar cheese on my bagel and received American. My friend also found a hair in her food.

Online ordering doesn’t work. I have been calling for 2 days straight to put a order in. No one answers the phone. It goes straight to voicemail which is full.
They closed there doors for now till they can find place to move to. Awesome staff n great products.closed end of Nov.

Ordered from doordash, the order was never delivered. I then reordered. The manager of BAB called to confirm this wasn't a mistake, and that she was so sorry the first wasn't delivered. She then personally brought our order to us. Great customer service, thank you so much!
