The slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to and I don’t like to leave reviews but the service is bad ! the biggby in grand haven and spring lake are fast and efficient

If you are having an awesome day. DON'T go to this biggby location. You will be pissed off in 2 minutes. I literally had to repeat my order 4 times before this girl got it right, and it was only 2 identical drinks! Is EVERYONE high when they go to work? OMG how frustrating!

They need to figure out how to make the line move faster. Everything is slow? The slower you go the more money you lose because because I watch people go other places.

I don't know if they need more help or what, but it took a while to get service. There was a line where the cashier would take an order then say it was going to be a few minutes for service. It seems like they need to be coordinated with service. Also there was someone using the restroom and there was no toilet paper, this was at approximately 9:30 am. No one ensured there was toilet paper in the restroom prior to opening/closing. It's the little details that go a long way. Very good product, but they've got to get you out quicker.

Truthfully, the worst Biggby I’ve ever ever went to in my entire life. Was in the line for 30 minutes. It did not move. Terrible service. I would give it a zero if I could I don’t recommend coming here.

The slowest service I have ever experienced. A line of 4-5 people should not take almost 30 minutes to get through. I’m just not sure what’s going on. It’s like this every single time I’ve tried to come here.
(Plus it’s crazy expensive)

We already loved this location, but Kaitlyn made us love it even more! She was awesome! Our drinks were not made correctly (which could have definitely been my fault if I wasn't talking loud enough or too quick), and she made sure to fix it for us.

We come here at least once a week. All of the bristas are very friendly. Our drinks are always very good. Occasionally, we will get a breakfast sandwich, and they are always so good! This location is our favorite to go to. The line always moves quickly, and there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your coffee with your friends/family.

Went through the drive thru today, didn’t realize I cut the person behind me based on the parking lot-she kept honking at me so I asked her finally what I did wrong? I proceeded to apologize to the couple in front of me as they were in a drop top mustang. I got up to the window feeling so bad about it, Lis so sweetly told me the couple paid for my drink. Honestly was the most kindest thing I’ve ever been surprised with, (thank you to whoever you are) then her & Corey made me feel so loved & so beautiful being emotional & 8months pregnant. Best bigby ever, even better employees. I hope they get a raise. They went out of their way to make me smile, & didn’t even have too. Bless them & their golden hearts.

horrible experience. I have never had an experience like this at a coffee place and I have shopped at other places that are known to have problems with their operations. I ordered a large coffee with three cream and three sugar. I ended up getting a large cream with three coffee that’s it and on top of that it took me 16 minutes to get that coffee, there were only two cars ahead of me three people behind me left do better. This is stupid.

Convenient drive through, good variety of coffees, but seems to be perpetually understaffed, so the wait for your drink can be a bit long. Service teams is always friendly - just a slow process....
