I don't know if they need more help or what, but it took a while to get service. There was a line where the cashier would take an order then say it was going to be a few minutes for service. It seems like they need to be coordinated with service. Also there was someone using the restroom and there was no toilet paper, this was at approximately 9:30 am. We already loved this location, but Kaitlyn made us love it even more! She was awesome! Our drinks were not made correctly (which could have definitely been my fault if I wasn't talking loud enough or too quick), and she made sure to fix it for us.

Went through the drive thru today, didn’t realize I cut the person behind me based on the parking lot-she kept honking at me so I asked her finally what I did wrong? I proceeded to apologize to the couple in front of me as they were in a drop top mustang. I got up to the window feeling so bad about it, Lis so sweetly told me the couple paid for my drink.
