This is my go-to Biggby stop in West Michigan. It's close to work and the customer service has always been great! Make sure you check out their full menu online for all your options for specially drinks and coffee combinations!
I stopped in for a simple black coffee. The place was clean and the staff all seemed busy, which I respect — but I still waited 10 minutes for a basic brewed coffee. The real surprise came when I was charged over $4 for it. I know inflation is everywhere these days, but apparently, even plain coffee is feeling fancy now.
I come here almost every day when i make my long daily drive.
I'm autistic and if my daily drink tastes off, they remake it for me with no issues!!
-Unlike the Newaygo location where asking for it to be remade one time ever got me attitude and a still-incorrect remake.
Most of the time, they get it right to begin with!! And are so kind to me as a regular.
I know i can be difficult at times but they accept me with grace. 🫶🏻
