The bragels were both wrong, mine was missing the sausage and the entire thing was cold. For 2 bragels and a muffin it literally took forever to get them. Because of the slowness of making them. Very disappointed.

SLOWEST Biggby EVER! No mater what day or time it takes over 40 minutes to go thru the drive thru! Plus they charge for pup cup when it's free at other Biggbys. Once your in line your stuck with no way to get out of line if they're too slow!

I love their coffee and cocktails. Fridays are my favorite. $5 20 ounces drinks are awesome. The staff at Henry is incredible and fast, friendly service. Definitely recommend coming here

I don't go here often, but when I do, it's guaranteed slow service. At least 20 minute wait in the drive through, and if you think you'll cut the line by going inside, you'd be wrong. I also think the drinks are overly sweet.

something is wrong with your blenders. I ordered a frozen drink and I can't even drink it due to all the ice chunks getting stuck in the straw.. it is hardly blended, SO MUCH ICE, I didn't order an iced drink.

This morning, I visited Apple Ave location and requested a cup of water at the register. While I was prepared to wait, I noticed that I experienced a delay of approximately five minutes. Although I understand that busy times can lead to longer wait periods, I felt that the interaction that followed could have been handled more professionally.
Upon receiving my water, I sensed a lack of courtesy when the staff member rolled her eyes during our exchange. While I am more than willing to pay for the service, I believe that customer service should always prioritize respect and professionalism.
I have always enjoyed my visits to Biggby, and I hope to see improvements in customer interactions in the future. Thank you for considering my feedback.

The service is fine no complaints there. My problem is there coffee straight up sucks the back end of a donkey. It's coffee flavored water. Luke warm nit hot what the heck and again it's soooooo weak. I would rather have day old gas station coffee that's been reheated 5 times. 8 dollars for coffee flavored sugar water. Thanks

Wow , it’s a shame how rude !!! The Employees are incredibly disrespectful and have no care or no PROPER training for this type of job. Those girls behind that desk need to be absolutely replaced. This place is terrible and I truly don’t recommend BIGGBY on Apple to anyone.
