Staff did not acknowledge us after sitting for 10 minutes. A family walked in shortly after we arrived and the waiter went right to their table. We got up and left.
Food wasn't anything special. I hoped for better, but wasn't very flavorful. It took staff several moments longer than expected to be even offered a drink. I questioned staff on the duration of time needed to receive food and received it quickly. Upon paying my tab I was shorted $23.38. The waiter didn't argue much and corrected the issue but the list of excuses he gave sounded like bullshit. I left feeling that he was intentionally trying to steal from me.
Their menu didn't match the website, and the server was not very friendly. Just had a drink and left.
Got the bill for a bloody Mary. Instead of up front showing the cost, I had to subtract the money tendered from the change!! HOW CHILDISH TO KEEP FROM DISPLAYING THE PRICE. CHEAP- ASS won't see my face in here again

First I wanna say, anything I’m about to complain about has nothing to do with our sever. She did her best. Tonight we came to a new restaurant for a date. I first order a strawberry margarita and I took a drink…then I noticed a dead bug in my drink. I told the waitress and she grabbed me a new one but was never offered a free drink or discount. After that we had sat and waited for our food for about 40/50 minutes and it wasn’t too busy. I understand understaffing is an issue but communication would have helped. Then finally we get our food and both our orders were wrong. I’ve never so badly wanted to up and leave and just get drive through food. I payed for a coke I couldn’t drink because I was worried about bugs. I hope no one else experiences this.

My husband ordered the fish and chips and you were out. My friend ordered the shrimp and you were out. So then my husband ordered the French Dip. I ordered the prime quesadilla . Five minutes after taking our order, the waiter came back and said you were out of the prime rib as well. There was only enough to make my quesadilla. I did not want to eat what was left in the bottom of the pan but I did. I also ordered your Boo yahs famous roasted chicken and you were out of chicken as well .
In summary, we ordered the roasted chicken and you were out. We ordered the fish and chips and you were out. We ordered shrimp and you were out. And we ordered a French dip and you did not have that either.

This is my second time to this establishment. The first time I came with a group of friends and I ordered the chicken wings and they were covered with feathers and then have never been back recently just yesterday, August 19. I met with coworkers for a very special time and we ordered the taco special most of us. We ordered a lot of food, we left a nice tip as well everyone individually unfortunately again the tacos were absolutely disgusting. I ordered the steak taco which was greasy and burned and had chunks of fat the ground beef taco was absolutely tasteless and my rice was absolutely greasy. All I can do was eat the beans and the toppings off of my tacos, and the remainder went into the trash For the food to cost as much as it does and the place to be hyped up as much as it does it is a great atmosphere. They do have great employees but the food is absolutely horrible and it’s been a complete waste of money even the drink, I order which was a long island came out yellow as a Mountain Dew . It was absolutely not what I ordered did not want to complain or see burden since there were so many of us we took our loss and left.

I had a BLT which was ok, nothing to rave about, my wife had the cod plate and she thought it was great. Prices were average for the area and the type of place. Service was good.

I had the wet burritos, sauce is housemade.. very good. Only complaints are not enough sauce and way too many refried beans compared to beef for me personally.
My boyfriend and I shared the pickle fries, super yummy! & their ranch is really good!
Their chips are also made in house and are delicious!

My family and I came here while visiting Norton Shores. We wanted to try out a local restaurant instead of a chain restaurant. We aren't able to comment on drinks since we only ordered rootbeer and water and milk (for our kids). Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The bathroom seemed pretty clean, and I appreciated that there was a baby changing table. Unfortunately, the food was less than stellar. My burger was pretty good, but my husband's shrimp meal and my kid's mac-n-cheese meals were obviously straight out of GFS containers. I was disheartened to realize that we paid $18 for my kids to eat a cup of Kraft Mac-n-Cheese and canned peaches. Our total meal cost us close to $65, and I regretted spending our restaurant budget on this experience. Thank you, though, to our waitress who was friendly and attentive to help us while we visited.
