Oh my God look at her food good short on staff like everybody.

Traveling thru and found this little gem. The service and quality were excellent! Our steaks were done to perfection, ribs do fall off the bone, as mentioned on the menu. Add mushrooms and the cheese sause.. the mushrooms are fresh and not canned and compliment the steak perfectly. Even the dinner salad was excellent! A great find for weary travelers looking for a great meal on the road. Wish I lived closer. Btw, garlic shrimp excellent also. Very attentive server... great affordable meal! Kutos to the staff!

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, solid came after the meal staff dumped door on my wife , ask for refill 3 times never got , dirty and disgusting, brown lettuce in solid when it did come

Our steaks were ordered "medium" and definitely were "medium rare to rare", 3 of us had sweet potatoes which were harder than any potato I have ever had. My husband ordered a baked potato and it came as a sweet potato. Our nachos were floating in grease. We weren't offered a choice of sauce on ribs. Our table was too small for four, etc

This place was awesome after the third place we tried to eat most places closed early my blood sugar went low their was a wait however they made sure I had something to tide me over great restaurant

The Branns in our area shut down so we were really nostalgic seeing this one and decided to try it. Nothing to complain about, esp given that they were low on staff. Firm visit to the 90s/early aughts. We enjoyed the food and our kids really enjoyed the fries

Mediocre food, had to wait double expected wait time just for my daughter and I. On a Tuesday. Outside dinner rush. But excellent wait staff! Very accommodating and attentive.

The food was ok but not what you would expect for the price. Service was lacking and there were flies and gnats everywhere. It was kind of gross trying to eat with bugs flying around your face. It was rather off-putting. The server was very nice but she seemed slightly overwhelmed with only a few tables. Perhaps some more training would be helpful...or possibly new management is the key.

The steak was the most bland I have ever had, and had the consistency of a microwaveable Salisbury steak meal. The rest of the food tasted and appeared as though is had been sitting around all day in a warmer and was just as bland.We had a huge issue with nasty fruit flies that wouldn't leave us alone, which raised a lot of concern over sanitation given that there were enough of them to know that they all didn't just fly in through the doors, they must be laying eggs and breeding somewhere in the building which is disgusting.The waiter we had was kind and attentive, but all the others just seemed to be wandering around aimlessly trying to avoid working.

Went there in the middle of the day and they were sanitizing. Said they weren't open til 5:30. We noticed they were cleaning with an ultraviolet light. They came out to tell the 10 customers that were waiting it'd be 10-15 more mins. Every one of their potential customers left. One time took a Doordash order for them and waited 30 mibs just for them to tell me they're currently not making the items that the customer wanted.

Great food and great service even with being short staffed. Worth the wait to get in.

I was so excited to go to Braans. I hadn't been there in a year. On Monday April 19 we went expecting the same great experience as always. I was sadly disappointed. I ordered the sirloin medium rare with baked yam and salad. The salad was all pale hard lettuce. The yam was cold and not oven baked and the steak was dripping in gross garlic butter. It was pan fried and I couldn't chew it. Of course I asked for a refund. Y husband got the prime rib which he said was fine. I used the restroom and the sanitary box was rusted out. While washing my hands I noticed there were rags under the sink and the floor was wet. What should have been a great date night was totally ruined and I will never go to Braans again. If they can't do any better than that they may as well close their doors.

The food is really good with good portions. They offer drink specials and early bird meals. There's a kids menu too!! Easy on & off the highway.

Loved my food. The wait was pretty long during my visit but I feel like it's kinda expected during the current time of half capacity. Loved my waitress to and would definitely visit again

Great customer service! Amazing nachos I highly recommend, delicious barbecued chicken with bacon on top! Slow customer service and this place has a bug problem.
