I didn't have food there but the tea and the service were very good. Had a hard time finding a clean table.

Quick and delicious. We love Brooklyn Bagels and I personally think they’re much better than big brand for coffee. My kids love the smoothies and they always have a ton of Bagel and Cream Cheese. My husband always requests a container of jalapeño cream cheese to take home.

Early morning drive through, but she was cheerful, helpful and swift. I discovered this business last time I was in Michigan down in Spring Lake and was glad to see there were some up in Muskegon where I was staying. I love the food and the coffee and look forward to returning.

(5 times this has happened) Do not waste your time , they give you the wrong order every time (mind you, coffee is simple) I keep having to repeat myself at the intercom. I’m waiting 3 minutes for someone to take my money, then they give me 2 hot drinks, I ordered iced. They made one iced but still gave me another hot drink, I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just for a watery chai. On top of that they forgot the extra shots I paid for. They might as well work the fries station at McDonald’s. You can’t mess up there.

Everytime I stop Im disappointed today I ordered a mocha and a bagel with cream cheese. In the past they barely toast the bagel so I asked for extra toasted. Got my order after a 12 minute wait at the drive through. Bagel was not toasted at all. I give up on this location.

This is absolutely the worst coffee ive ever had. Disgusting and jve came back atleast 10 times thinking maybe they are just messing it up. No this place makes me to puke. And the owner does not care they just open more nasty coffee shops like there something special. Ive never been more disappointed then when i goto brooklyn bagels.
I highly recommend you dont waste your money here.

My order came out covered in other products (diffrent cream cheeses) from unwashed utensils and work areas... disgusting and disappointing. Not only unsanitary, but it took 15 minutes for an untoasted, unsanitary bagel and cream cheese. Disappointing.
