We used to love Brooklyn Bagels other than the occasional we don't have any bagels (Odd since that's literally in the name) but within the last 6 months they have gone downhill. We have visited 2 of the locations and had the same results. Long waits, Chai used to be amazing, is now watery. No one seems to be managing the location we've been too, just a bunch of teens trying to figure it out. Currently at the Apple location and have waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels with minimal other customers. We try to support local but will need to move on from this local business. Too many chances given.

We have loved Brooklyn Bagels for years and were very excited when the Holton Rd location opened, but no matter how many times we’ve tried, we continue to wait 10+ in line. I’ve tried the online option but was forced to wait behind regular order cars to get an order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes prior. It is no longer a convenience spot… And I believe there was only one person working at the time of this instance. Seriously need to rethink this system!

Quick and delicious. We love Brooklyn Bagels and I personally think they’re much better than big brand for coffee. My kids love the smoothies and they always have a ton of Bagel and Cream Cheese. My husband always requests a container of jalapeño cream cheese to take home.

No one greeted us when we walked in or approached the counter. They messed up my bagel even when I confirmed the bagel I wanted twice. I ordered a bagel for my mother to go, and when I got home we noticed there was still paper in her bagel. This is ridiculous. I wish I could get my money back.

There were no customers in the building, and I stood at the counter for 3 minutes. No one looked in the direction of the counter. They were too busy watching the microwaves. This location has really gone downhill. I've gone in on a few occasions recently, and the same scenario no service or interaction from employees and no acknowledgment that they are planning to wait on me. The only reason I stopped was to buy Chai tea mix because they didn't have any the last time I stopped.

Another customer had just finished placing their order at the counter when I walked inside. The employee went off to make what I thought was their order. I watched four cars go through the drive-thru as I stood indoors waiting to have my order taken. I saw a total of four employees there. The person in front of me had yet to receive their order as well. The eat-in area had dirty tables and chairs not pushed in. I finally left to get in my car and go to the drive-thru instead. That experience was no better. I pulled up and heard a person say, "Welcome to Brooklyn's. I'll be with you and one moment." I continued to wait for another 3 minutes before I gave up. I will not be back.

I went to two grocery stores and decided that Brooklyn bagels are probably way better than store bought bagels but o to my despair the bagel shop is out of bagels at 2 pm on a Wednesday, I think the Asiago bagels are the number one seller and there always out, I was really looking forward for fresh bagels

Went in today. Asked for a French toast bagel w/cream cheese and Asiago bomber sandwich. Got two Asiago instead one a french toast. Normally not a big deal but no one else was there. No one was hurried. But hey she got that tip up front so no incentive to better.

Clean store, speedy service, AND good food! All in one!
Worked for this company they never had me fill out paperwork on my first day so I worked for free and they never paid me my hours worked while I was pregnant. So be careful if your a woman this company will make you work a fill shift and never pay you for that shift.
As I drove in I thought I should do this more often. I pulled up to the speaker but no one responded so I drove forward to the window and when someone finally came they said “did you want something? Which could have been “can I help you?” I got my bagel and drove away to later discover my bagel was charred and had the wrong cream cheese on it. Sorry I won’t be coming back.
