Have been here a few times recently, both when slow and busy. Service tends to be excruciatingly slow regardless of crowd level. Food is usually served slightly cold, regardless as well. I don't usually write bad reviews but for the cost of this place I would anticipate a better experience. There are other local restaurants who don't have these issues consistently with the same or lower prices.

We decided to eat out here on NYE, hadn't eaten here in a while. First the young man in charge of seating was very overwhelmed, felt bad for him. He still was pleasant though. Second, the food was unbearable. Cold and hard. Fries two of us ordered were very cold. Nachoes that another ordered with added chicken came with maybe a dusting of toppings and a shred of chicken (was added cost, for the amount they gave could of just not had it added). Was basically chips with a couple peppers and 1 tablespoon. Of cheese. The street tacos were cold the shells were hard like they were heated in a microwave for way to long. Now it was not very busy, not like you would think So whoever was in charge of cooking well they suck. And our waitress well she sucked too.
Probably will skip this place, somebody is gonna end up sick eating here.

Great food, about 40 minutes before we got our food, was starving so forgot to take pics until we started eating, so you get to see partially eaten food lol I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and fries, both were excellent He ordered the bacon triple cheeseburger and fries, he stated that was really good too. Hostess and server were very friendly.

We ordered right when we got in we knew what we wanted and it took forever just for my boyfriend to get his food which was also 5$ extra and it comes and the bacon was burnt and so they fixed it just for it to come back and he couldn't even hold the burger it completely crumbled when he tried to take a bite out of it he ended up having to eat a burger with a fork and not picking it up like normal to eat it and all of his fries were cold. I ended up talking to our waitress and her boss gave us 10$ off

Excellent service. The wait staff was outstanding and very friendly. The food was hot and tasty. Very speedy and accurate. Always smiling which makes for a great experience. Manager Michael was by far the best employee here at Muskegon B-Dubs. Michael took excellent care of me the day I fell in the bathroom. He made me feel much better. He went above and beyond his assignment to make sure that I was okay. Michael demonstrates great leadership. I totally recommend that Michael gets recognized for his awesome support of my well being. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you again Manager Michael for everything. I will be back again.

Food was pretty good, but the visit could have been better overall. We were seated in a corner and it felt like our server forgot about us, so it took a while to get checked on and get what we needed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just disappointing because with a little more attention from the staff it could have been a solid visit to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Hostess was super rude she had an AirPod in. Didn’t greet me so finally I said “hi my friend is here I’m going to go sit down” she then rolled her eyes says “ok” and returned to her phone. The server checked on us three times pretty sure she forgot to ring our food in. Had people practically climbing on top of us during our service. Building reeked of marijuana. Food was good though very fresh.
Definitely wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for friendly service.
If I could give a negative rating I would. After I sat myself and the waiter got my drink, I told her I only needed a COUPLE minutes to look at the menu. Well, exactly 20 minutes passed by before I had to go up to the ‘to go’ counter and ask someone to send my server to my table so I could order.
After ordering, I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and still no food, so I just walked out. This was a very poor experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and I was looking forwards to eating there.

Decent tv’s with the refurbishment, but the staff is slow to the point of 45 minutes to simply get food, and when delivered it was cold. Tried to order drinks but the waitress never back until the bill was handed over after someone else delivered the cold food. Won’t be back which is a shame as they use to be decent.
