Wings were very dry and hardly had any meat on the bone. I'm very surprised that this place is known for their chicken wings. The cheese curds were very salty. It's not the same food that I remember from the last time I came here.
My waitress was extremely busy. I only saw her (literally) when she took my order, dropped off my drink while walking by, and when I tracked her down for my check. A food runner brought out my food, so even if I needed anything else, I wouldn't have had a chance to ask. She never told me her name and seemed a bit frantic.

Placed an online pick up order last weekend that was far less than satisfactory, I have sent 2 unanswered emails to customer support so I am now here... the order i received was not the order I placed. The people working the takeout really seem to hate their job. I paid for food I could not eat.

Did an online pick order. Placed it at 5:30pm and it stated my food would be done at 6pm. Got there in a sea of people. Ask the front desk and they said it wasn't ready. Waiting 25 minutes for no one to help me. I asked a passing cook if it was ready. They grabbed it out of the heater. No one at the front helped, food was good but the wait was ridiculous. What's the point of ordering on the app if I have to wait 25 min after its done time to get it?

Don’t trust them they will screw up your order somehow. Make sure you check everything I don’t know if they know how to count just paid 50$ for half of what I should have gotten

Food cold, especially fires, drinks had no liquor. Chicken tacos were missing chicken, sliver wear was dirty will not return. Waste of money and time. Waitress was nice.

My son and I were there last week, not busy at all but we still sat at the bar. I guy with long dreads was our bartender. He never greeted us, very rude and confrontational stares. Didn't get service for at least 15 minutes after sitting. Won't go back if I see him at the bar. The same review was shared with me from my friend who went there with his son and just ended up leaving the previous week. Fire this guy.
