I went through the drive-thru at 5:27pm on 3-38-2025. When I got home I discoverd that the fries I paid for were not in the bag. I called back and told the woman who answered that I didn't get my fries. She said she would have to review the film footage. What kind of a comment is that to make to a customer? I said, go right ahead. Then she said what time I was there. I said, 20 minutes ago. She said, I put the fries in the bag. I again said, I did not get the fries. She said, I put the fries in the bag and under her breath but (intentionally loud enough for me to hear) she said, maybe someone in the car took the fries. I said, no one in the car took the fries. She was confrontational, evil and incredibly rude. Is this how BK deals with customers? So she claims that she knows she put the fries in the bag. How can she make that claim? Or is BK's business so bad that I am the only one who ordered fries during the time frame in which my order was shorted? If BK is only selling one order of fries every 30 minutes, how do you stay in business? I can understand if people don't want to frequent this particular BK because this employee is over the top. She was confrontational during the order process. She was quite nasty and condesending about correcting me when I ordered Jalapeño Poppers. She indignantly told me they were Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. She wanted to argue. She wanted drama. What a petty, ignorant person. I will never go back to this Burger King. Check the film Burger King. You need to get rid of this person. I am sure I am not the only person she chased away. Burger King you already know who this person is. You should have fired her a long time ago. Or put her somewhere that doesn't involve customer service. She is giving you a bad name.

The food was good. Didn't upset my stomach. The store was clean as it should be. The young lady working the counter was very busy but also polite.

First off, I went through the drive thru and was the only person in line the lady at the window let me sit there without taking my money for about 10 minutes. I watched her pick my cheesy tots out of the frier with her hands then sat there talking with the three other ladies before coming to the window to finally take my money and hand me my bags. As she does this she dropped one bag that was my daughter’s meal and looked at me and said”is there a problem?”… I said I do not have time for this as I have other things to do asap and she just gave me 10$ back. Without putting it on to the computer our anything. Never going back. Oh and as soon as I got home with the one bag that survived the entire thing ripped and fell on the snow. I ordered McDonalds.

Waited in line for 10cminutes woth NOBODY else there for my 5 French toast sticks that I got after the 10 minute wait but tell me why there COLD & burnt. Also no syrup was offered or given now I'm at work all day with no food since yall made me late waiting 10 minutes at your WINDOW just to be asked 2times if I paid already. Love not being able to eat before a full day of hard ass labor.

Waited in the Drive-Thru line to only have no one ever come to take my order

Every time I try to give business to this particular BK (the only convenience food by my work), I leave angry and beyond annoyed. I waited at the "second" drive thru speaker while 4 cars were served at the "first"... I said "hello?!" No answer. I couldn't back up because other cars were there. Last time I managed to get someone to take my order, it took FIFTEEN minutes and was still wrong. I'm done.
