I had ordered ahead online. When arriving, having to wait an extra 20min, which just happens. But when finally arriving home, I was literally missing 1/2 my whole order.

The manager Tabitha knowingly allowed staff to work with bed bugs. All staff uses there phone in between making sandwiches especially manager Tasha and does not change there gloves they do not follow health code law and serve expired food I watched a fish patty served after it sat in product holding unit for two full shifts I attempted to address these issues with management and because I'm new and weak humans don't want to fix it they get rid of anyone making noise

I went through the D.T. 730 a.m. on Jan.3rd and was hoping for a better experience. So this time it was not better. I asked for everything to be fresh. I ordered 2- 5pc French toast sticks and 2 sausage biscuits. add cheese. Im not sure if they were pissed bc I asked for fresh food but instead they microwaved the ft sticks and as they cool they get hard and rubbery. Microwaving 101. The biscuit sandwiches were fine except I I got charged for 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits no egg. Instead if 2 sausage biscuits add cheese. I pulled up to the first window and stopped bc the sign said pay here that was in the window. They then waved me up to the 2nd window and were not happy about that. Why did they go to work today I wondered. Oh right bc like everyone in America, they have bills to pay and kids to feed. They need the hours but with this poor quality of food there hours will get cut bc the customers will find someplace else to spend 12$. I used to go 2x a week. That comes out to well over 1000$ per year. But wait there's more, I spend another 20$+ for lunch/dinner several times a week as well. So over 2000$ per year. Managers- please pay better attention to your surroundings. If nobody enforces the fresh food policy ( my way right away) that Burger King wrote the book on- it won't get done! Don't forget everyone has a replacement that's in training right now!

Took 30 mins in drive thru to get my order inside ways closed at 8pm wth got rushed on mic
The service was very poor the food was very poor my onion rings was cold was not cut and cold the manager was very rude she would not give me her name ask to call corporate the first manager was there told me to call corporate on them because of their service I arrived back and that manager was gone within 5 minutes so I asked to speak to a new manager she came up and wouldn't tell me her name and demand to call the police on me because I asked her name and another customer came behind me and they messed up their his order on this date between 11:00 11:30 it happened I would not recommend that building anymore
