Burger King an iconic fast food place. Best phone for being the home of the whopper. However, the quality of service is severely lacking at the Apple Avenue location. Customer service is at best poor. Accuracy of orders leaves much to be desired. As an example today, I ordered a number one breakfast meal with a large coffee and two creams. When I was given the coffee, there was no cream and I asked the young lady you didn’t add any cream, So she walks over and grabs two creams and hand them back to me through the window And said we don’t add cream well the guys across the street too and honestly their coffee even tastes better but you have the better breakfast sandwich usually.

Took my 7yo daughter in here to use to the bathroom. Did the mirror test out of curiosity in the women's bathroom. There was a 2in gap between my finger and the reflection in the mirror.

I've come here a few different times, and every time, I was severely dissatisfied. My most recent experience was the other night. I came to try a new menu item around 10 pm. There was one car in front of me, and another in the other drive thru lane. 3 people who had already ordered. The line didn't move for 30 minutes. At first, I thought it was the car in front of me taking forever, but I rolled my window down to find that the car in front of me was waiting the whole time to place their order. The line started to move with the lane next to ours, going first. I sat behind 1 car at the speaker and finally got to order my 1 item at around 45 minutes. I didn't get my food until probably around the hour mark. There was no sense of urgency anywhere. The person talking in the speaker sounded displeased with everything said. I've worked in fast food in the past, and I can promise I would have moved cars faster with just myself in the restaurant. If I wanted to spend over an hour just to get some food, I would have dined in at a normal restaurant. On top of that, it was short at the window. Payment, handed back with my food, and the window shut. On top of that, there wasn't even a receipt offered or in the bag. Normally, I would give some grace because I understand how stressful the work can be, but every time I've gone here, it's the same treatment/speed. I wouldn't recommend going here for anything. It'd be faster driving to the next town over and getting something if you really had your heart set on it. If I owned this establishment, I would be ashamed and embarrassed at the lack of management and training.

Was WONDERFUL experience at this burger king! Our local burger king has disappointed me to the point of just never going back! This visit we were greeted RIGHT away, order taken...friendly amd fun personality and food was HOT and FRESH! THANK YOU!

Just wish our burger king in Marquette MI would have the same experience for us. We will definitely revisit this burger king when traveling through again!

Ordered through the drive thru had to repeat our order several times, then we had to wait forever, the drive thru was very very slow, when we finally get our order we are missing a fry, & sauce. The drive thru girl just wanted to fix it and move us along Lara yelled I have them their fries, so we repeat our order again here come to find out they (a male) never rang us up for fries, I say we ordered them and Lara yells again I took that order which is a lie a male did. So they say do you want to pay for another order of fries which we did after waiting over 20 minutes in drive up. We pull forward and our whopper has NO Cheese which we already paid for so I go back inside now and Lara wants to be a jerk and argue again, if she took our order and packed our order how did Miss perfect mess it up so bad. Our food was all cold, dry just bad. This BK should close. Horrible Horroble customer service. Unfortunately one person ruined it for the entire store.

Gotta give it a one star, not because the food was bad or the service. Very nice staff, very good food. There is an upside down American flag on the roof and that is not alright in our loved country.

They call this a eggnormous burrito this so small my grandkids could eat like two of these don't go to this one to get food it's so disappointing specially when I paid almost 10 dollars for it

Went to Burger King on 5/3 at 9:15 pm. Ordered food thru the drive thru proceeded to pull up to pay and was rudely confronted that they don’t accept 50$ dollar bills per manager. And they aren’t allowed to check money with forgery pens? Since when has that been a thing. Alls I’m saying “manager” is good way to lose customers.

I can’t believe that this is the same place I’ve been coming to for so long usually this place is ran and operated extremely well and the manager, which is a older woman usually runs a tight shift, but as of recently something has happened in this place is completely falling apart you would think that during a time of economic hardship where companies are literally going bankrupt you would do your best to do the best job and higher the best people, but yet that is not what’s happening today me and My Son stopped in to get some breakfast and here we are at 10:57 and the lobby is still not open when I asked a worker that was outside sweeping the parking lot. He indicated that a bunch of people had called in and that was the route that they took. This is extremely disheartening that they cannot hire people that want to come to work when there are so many people that are eager to have a job currently Seems kind of intentional do better Burger King or just give up your position in the fast food world
