The absolute worst service I've ever had. Go there for the good food, but EVERY single time the service is horrible. Everyone I have vented to about this has said the same thing. This location needs to clear the slate fire all the employees and start over with respectful people. Rude, disrespectful, order never correct, holds up the line talking to others (friends?) outside the window, charges food not received. Just trash

Checkers is one of my fav fast food joints.... fresh veggies on my burger, hot food, and the best fries with good deals. My order was messed up today, and when I called to see what they would do, Sunshine (she answered the phone)was amazing, friendly, helpful, and addressed the mistake with her staff while I was on the phone with her. I hate being that customer that complains, as I work in customer service and understand mistakes happen. But she definitely made it right and offered us some other stuff to make up for the 2nd trip up there!! She definitely deserves the 5 stars, as does their food!

Just got off the phone after telling them I found paper baked/fried into my Apple pie. I told them it was brown parchment paper and someone in the background yelled “lies!” and I was told they only have red parchment. I’ve had slow service there before but never been straight up told I’m lying. It took 2 calls just to talk to a person rather than getting sent to the (full) answering machine.

I door dashing with my son and we were just there and they refused to open the window to give us the doordadh order and their attitudes suck and they are very rude and disrespectful and they close the window on our face when we're trying to talk and they ignored us at the window and refuse to open the window so who ever is the owner of the business better start stepping up and better get on their case on it all cause my son shouldn't have to knock on the window just to get the doordash order cause they want to talk to each other and refuse to open the window

I've never had Checkers, and the first thing I'll admit, the fries and chicken bites were really good. The only downside was the wait time. The staff was friendly, but there were 7 cars sitting in the parking lot waiting to get food.
Food was very good. The service was not. Their fries are phenomenal. I had the fries originally as a free sample the week before at one of their trucks that travels the country. The four people working it were friendly, professional and did a great job. I decided to redeem my free fry coupon and get lunch for my family at the local checkers. The fries were still great and the rest of the food was good as well. The young lady working the window obviously didn't enjoy her job. She was rude, didn't listen and messed up the order. I assumed she was just hot and unhappy, so I didn't complain.it definitely changed my view of the company

While I generally enjoy checkers/rallys, I attempted to call 8 times over an hour period to ask about those cheesecake bites. I know they are location specific, and I don't live in the area so driving 30 minutes for fast food is a commitment. It was either busy, or rang to the voice-mail. It's 3pm. On a Sunday. It's not like this was lunch rush or dinner. I just wanted to know if they had those... oh well.
