Apt 7am. Checked in at 645am and given door immediately. Loaded with Paperwork in hand and leaving at 815am. Overnight parking available! Great place

Avoid this place. They kept 10 truck all night

Friendly staff but i suggest you get ready for a sleep over anytime after 3pm appointments... Arrived early and never left. Was given a door then a hour later got a call basically saying we are going home to hell with you and your time.

How can you work like this? You can arrive on time, but that's no guarantee that you'll be unloaded. One of the most disgusting companies.

I don’t get it..been here since 5 PM went in and check to see if they are going to call me to give me a door and she said it might not be today because they don’t have room in the freezer pathetic😡😡😡

Sitting around for over 5 plus hours waiting on a door. Traffic is very minimum (5 or so trucks), but loading and unloading is crazy slow. By the time I leave here, I will have run through my whole 10 hrs rest break ...
If you're not interested in hanging out for hours, keep away from this place.

Bad places to pic up they take forever to load a truck when i said forever mean more than 5 or 6 hours after appointment time
And the don’t give not update they just lock the door and no way to ask what going on no more loads from this facility

10+ hours unloading time, they dont respect drivers at all!

Can't stick to appt times. Was 30 minutes early and told to wait with a dock door open. Then another truck shows after my appt time and goes straight to a door. Base on some other reviews they are not fast at all

I have checked in and out with Diana and was so nice lady, about an hour they unloaded full truck.

Follow the on the streets signs to get you to the shipping office. So easy and fast.

My appointment was at 2am, I arrived at 7pm and they loaded me in 2 hours. Amazing!

Years ago [11?] our young sons stayed at the arts camp and we all stayed in Muskegon after we picked them up to unwind and love up Lake Michigan. One of the the very best memories for us was of driving past the Coles garlic bread head quarters every time we came or went to the beach and enjoying the wafts coming from the facilities. It was awesome and we enjoyed the free aromas. We pulled up one time and I went into the office to share our joy and the kind staff laughed and then went to find us a garlicky baguette to take home. Our sons still talk about this and we buy Coles products with a smile on our faces to this day.
