Can't stick to appt times. Was 30 minutes early and told to wait with a dock door open. Then another truck shows after my appt time and goes straight to a door. Base on some other reviews they are not fast at all

I have checked in and out with Diana and was so nice lady, about an hour they unloaded full truck.

Follow the on the streets signs to get you to the shipping office. So easy and fast.

My appointment was at 2am, I arrived at 7pm and they loaded me in 2 hours. Amazing!

Years ago [11?] our young sons stayed at the arts camp and we all stayed in Muskegon after we picked them up to unwind and love up Lake Michigan. One of the the very best memories for us was of driving past the Coles garlic bread head quarters every time we came or went to the beach and enjoying the wafts coming from the facilities. It was awesome and we enjoyed the free aromas. We pulled up one time and I went into the office to share our joy and the kind staff laughed and then went to find us a garlicky baguette to take home. Our sons still talk about this and we buy Coles products with a smile on our faces to this day.

I give it five stars because of the employees who work there. These are friendly, good people. I was late for the check-in, an hour and a half due to a closed road. This did not cause any problems, they explained to me how to turn around behind the main building, and immediately put me in the door. An hour later I had the documents in hand. One big request to the managers companies, please light up the loading docks, it’s completely dark there, and when the doors of the refrigerated trailer open, you can’t see anything at all! This is very unsafe!

Very friendly people, i always love to get loaded here. The one star is for the porta potty they have outside for drivers. The yellow one is full of s..t all over and it looks like the last time it was serviced is April this year. I know that one of us drivers, a little Picasso, painted the walls, but that is not a reason to treat all others like animals.

Overnight parking available if you del/pu here. Had an appointment at 7am but they took me in at 1130pm day before . Fast unloadind/loading. Good enough space to maneuver.

Appointment was at 12 pm, got door 5:00am, 20 minutes unloading

Most terrible place I have ever been!!! Had an appointment at 1:30 AM came 45 minutes before, at 4:45 only they told me to park at the door, it’s too dark in here to back up! Avoid this place ☝️

Gravel parking lot. It’s very dusty. It’s very hard to back up when dust is in the air. Direction: from the south, take business Route 31 also known as N. Seaway Dr. Make a left to Western Avenue then next street it’s gonna be Franklin Street make a left they will be on the right. No overnight parking.
