My wife and I are disabled and see lots of doctors and therapists in the Muskegon area so we eat out a bit. The staff are so helpful and considerate. We have never been disappointed by the food...always hot, same portions, and hometown tasty. Good conversation with every day people and good eats. By the way, my wife loves their meatloaf while I am a breakfast or tater and meat lover.

Love their food the only problem is they are always so busy the waitresses don't always have time to check on you while I eating

Been going here for years, our favorite breakfast joint in Muskegon! To be fair, there are more cool little “hole in the wall” breakfast joints in Muskegon than any other small city I’ve ever been to…and most of them are are are pretty darn good!

disappointed and upset that the food was just okay. I asked for sweet tea got unsweetened. asked about veterans or seniors discount and nothing is offered by this place. I dislike restaurants that don't value the Veterans or seniors. I don't think i will ever return and would be happy if vets didn't visit this place.

I stopped in while passing through town. Very friendly staff and great food. If it was local, I would eat there frequently.

My parents used to love this place and we drove over to specifically come for the whitefish on a Friday night. We met family and settled in to order the fisherman’s platters and other whitefish meals. What a disappointment— the fish was all but inedible— in fact one of our party sent it back and a fresh piece was brought but not much better. Perch and whitefish were dried out— overcooked to the point of dry. The pan fried whitefish was so over seasoned it tased like salt. It seemed almost as if the fish was cooked previously and somehow warmed up. We anticipated the wonderful fresh UP fish we remembered. Service was pleasant but rushed bringing the check and boxes since we had plenty of food not eaten— then asked if we wanted dessert. Never inquired why people didn’t eat. There seemed no point in even bringing it up. Hoping it was a bad night or bad cooking because this has been a long time favorite spot and memory.
