Love the cookies, not sure why I NEVER get a receipt, I ALWAYS have to request one, are you saving paper? Plus, why do they ALWAYS ask if I'm tipping? When they ask I don't, when they don't, I do. I need my recipes for my taxes, I have to have ALL recipes for taxes as I am a work traveler for the Hospital a few miles away from this store. I don't use the kiosk to order so I have to wait for someone to come to take my order but that's normally only a couple...
Consistently out of 2+3 of their flavors and if they tell you more are baking and will be ready in 30 minutes, assume they will tell you the same thing when you show up 30 minutes later. So make sure you use the app so you don't waste a trip.
Crumbl was SUPER good, it was very fresh and not rushed at all!! Worker even showed me to make sure they looked well!!
