I ordered a birthday cake two or three days in advance and when i went to pick it up it wasn't even started. The employees didn't try to remedy the situation they just stood there with no explanation. I will not be back.

This location was nice when it first opened but man it has gone by the wayside. We went there last week and I noticed it was extremely dirty. Ice cream smudges everywhere, old food... the staff is all young and lacking in people skills as well as customer service. Fast forward one week later, we go back, the same ice cream and food were on the counter. The staff had customers waiting and were more interested in making their own shakes. As I am ordering the cashier is sipping on their shake. No hello, no how can I help you, just stare at you. No thank you or anything. I can handle that stuff but the lack of cleanliness is disgusting. Won't be back. We need another DQ in Muskegon.

Very disappointed!! Not a kid friendly staff!! They were rude to the two customers in front of us. Ended up leaving when our turn came instead of ordering because they were rude. You could tell they didn't want to wait on us!! I hadn't had DQ for a few years so was going to try it. Well we ended up leaving and going to ConeyLand instead, great service & friendly people over there!!

I ordered a small chocolate cone and the worker was trying to get me to put it in a cup because their chocolate was bad!!!!!!!!!! More like he couldn't make a cone.... never coming back here!
Ordered hotdogs for the kids and they were not even cooked...

Honestly disappointed. Workers didn't know what they were doing, everything that went into the drink I got had to be restocked before they could make the drink, and the store area in general wasn't very tidy. Wasn't like this the last time I was there.

Good selection of DQ items. Always a popular place in the mall. The staff are friendly and helpful to help you decide what is good to buy. Although there isn't a bad item you can get from the Dairy Queen menu. The food was warm and the ice cream was cold.
