Please trained,your employees,how to do the customer service,your employee jim was rude,its not good for bussinesss.i went inside to place an order,he said I don't understand what u saying, I said ok,I can make it simple,you can give me the menu so I can show u what I want,than he get hyper n drop the whole display of menu on the counter.I really don't know that's how your employees treat with the customers,sorry to say that ,like this u going to loose. bussiness,check the cameras,so u going to find out.time 21:48 pm date 03/03/2024.

Went to pick up our pizza and the counter person said that they never received it. Sent us to another location. On the way, I called the store back and the same employee said "oops" it is here. Please put your best people out front for your customers.Update: contacted the owner via email, never heard a word back. It is what it is.

dominos sucks ordered 2 pizza’s and an order of breadstick bites and it took 45 minutes only for our pizza to be delivered to the wrong house. they never contacted us to let us know we ended up calling them for them to say they would remake it and send it back out and it took another 45 minutes after that never once offered us a refund or even a discount or coupons spent $50 on 2 pizzas and a order of bites not worth a single penny

I don't mind Domino's. What I do mind is tonight when our food was delivered the delivery driver took it up on himself to back up into our yard. Mind you the snow is melting and the ground is soft. I'm not impressed with the fact he couldn't back out onto the road. I also have this on camera as well. I would take the tip back if I could. Not happy about my yard being messed up by a stranger who doesn't know how to back up.
