My experience at the Factory was great. Awesome food great service very friendly. The owner was awesome she was doing a great job getting food out to people. I would recommend this place to eat at. The food here is great and the service is awesome and the price on food here is wonderful.
Our waitress was really nice, and she did a great job. The perch dinner was great. We'll be going back.

This is one of my favorite places to come since moving to Muskegon! The bartender is excellent and the food is way better than your average bar food, with plenty of vegetarian options and rotating specials. It’s also very reasonably priced. A fun place to meet with friends, or a chill place to relax after work, you can’t go wrong!
The Food and the Great Service is such a plus when visiting this Bar Restaurant. I highly recommend everyone to check out their menu and their Drink selection. You won't be disappointed!

A group of 18 teens and adults showed up after a day of Michigan Adventure. There were two employees that were tremendous taking care if us! The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable! I'm a restaurant manager. The group was my employees. We ALL would highly recommend it!

First time visitor and very impressed with the bar. Friendly staff and GREAT BLOODY MARYS! Tried their Pastrami and was very pleased. Definitely a good choice when visiting Muskegon area.
Good food at a reasonable price. The poor star rating is from me coming to pick up an order and there was no clear place to go, no one greeting me, and I waited at the bar for someone to acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. The staff were nice when they chose to interact with me, but when you have your family waiting in the car for you to run in and grab an order, 5 minutes feels like an eternity.
