Dirty , And Girl Monica At the window was rude didn’t speak or nothing and damn near threw out food through the window ! Won’t be eating here again ! Customer service is a big deal to me .

Never go to Fazolis to Eat Management is Garbage, they vacuum while customers eat and this is one place l would Never eat at again. Pasta was tasteless , pizza was worse than store bought and Management Sucks playing on phones while customers are Ignored and pushed aside .... Boycott Fazolis for Better food for service

Food was ok but the staff is terrible! Including the manager, I believe her name is Monica. When ordering her employee on the headset kept cutting me off when I was asking questions so I said politely to please stop cutting me off and as I was saying that she cut me off again to tell me to pull forward. The manager then proceeded to come to the window and said “ is there a problem my girl just said you was giving her attitude” in a super rude and condescending tone. I said no mam I was not she was rude and cutting me off when I had questions.. so I politely asked her to stop and she did it again! her employee then proceeded to come over and say something rude again so i made a statement about not working in fast food if you can’t have a good attitude.. and then I asked for her name. The manager would not give me her name and asked me to stop being disrespectful… ME? They literally had bad attitudes from the beginning and I explained to her I am not being disrespectful. And I told her I’d be reaching out to upper management.
The inside is a mess, the employees are rude and the food is average. I will not be spending my money at this restaurant again and I advise everyone to stay away unless you want to deal with shitty attitudes, mediocre food and a dirty restaurant!

The spaghetti noodles were terribly salty, like it was boiled in an excess of salt water. The company seems to have been scaled back the meat in the sauce . Won't be back.

The staff here at @ 7:30pm on 8/2/2025. O my lord can this man cook and the service was just incredible. Never has a causal dine in tasted so good. I’ll be only coming to this location when I’m in the area.
