They know me well. And the Manager is the best she’s cool as heck I love firehouse especially when my favorite person is working

I went there to get a Thanksgiving sub and they completely forgot the cranberry sauce and mayo. They refused to give me my money back but only to make another sandwich which I ended up throwing away. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Seems this location has improved since my last visit. Friendly staff, well stocked, clean beverage area. Very happy to see the hot sauce bar has returned.

Invaluable review!? How about this? GO TO SUBWAY NEXT DOOR AND GET A CHEAPER BETTER SUB! This Apple location is terrible... There's so many tables inside you could never actually comfortably eat inside.. The wait times and prices for a sub that's only 4" are outrageous! And, the employees could care less to help!

This place was awful. not only did it take 35 minutes to get the food out. It also came without two things that we ordered and they used the wrong kind of bread and put me in my vegetarian sub. Very sloppy I would give zero stars if I could. This place is awful. I will never be paying a visit here ever again they should go out of business. This place sucks

It can be dead slow, no one in front of you and no one in the lobby and you wait 20 minutes, they act like you’re the one with the problem no apology nothing nothing.. a real 20 minutes and nobody was in front of me in the drive-through and then they got the nerve to be rude at every interaction..
