Came in at 9:50 1/3/26 (10 minutes before they close) expecting the employees to hate me for my order but they treated me with a 5 star customer service and food quality experience. The store was very clean as well which adds to the experience. Will definitely patron this five guys again in the future just based off this experience. The fries were top tier!!

They sit there and watch you eat after they make it. Other than that a 5 star. Plus I hate hearing their conversation (working over mine) other than that it's decent. Hamburger mikeys is still better.

Yes the food is expensive, but, the portion sizes are large. They give you plenty of fries and the burgers are awesome. It's good to try at least once. I've eaten here plenty of times and never been disappointed.
My husband and I went for just a quick dinner. Food is always great there. Just The pop machine seems messy each time we go.

I have an allergy and somehow when ordering online when I picked it being in a bowl it did not come through to their end and the manager did not need to make it right for me as I have no proof.. but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and made it right for me. I beyond grateful for people like this to care about their customers !!! Most places don’t and would re make it quickly for you. I have a a really bad day and this act of kindness really helped turn it around!!! Thank you very much

I love this place. It is a classic with reasonably priced food, and the atmosphere hearkens back to the 70s and it is super great food. 👌
