The staff is extremely friendly but the wait for one single serve ice cream is ridiculous. I waited in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes! It really shouldn’t take this long!

Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. Service was slow but there was only one person who was doing her best. Note: Describe your sundae choices so we don’t have to constantly ask staff! Example: What is a Rocky Road or what is a Whaler for $16?….

I was so excited that they had vegan cotton candy! The prices were a little, high, but holy crap. When I tell you these were the biggest scoops ever...I felt like a little kid again when I got my cone. 😂🍦 🍭

They only sometimes have Dole Whip, so 4 stars there. The service was good, except they gave my friend a sugar cone when she paid extra for a waffle cone. They gave her a waffle cone once she told them. Atmosphere is 3 stars since it smelled like sewage when I was there one time.
Dietary restrictions: Two vegan hand dip flavors, and Dole whip only sometimes available.

The two people working tonight were amazing with our toddlers. They wanted Spider Zombie ice cream (aka Superman) and they played along and even called out the alternate name for the ice cream when they were ready. ??
Always friendly service. They have the best soft serve. Flurries are my favorite thing to get here, sometimes I get to special sundae of the week too. Reasonable pricing. This is the best ice cream shop in Lakeside.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a caramel sundae and a heath flurry. Both were really good, the ice cream was good, portions were nice, and toppings weren't skimpy. Overall very good, highly recommended!

Your typical ice cream window setup. The staff was fantastic and talked us through all the different sundaes on offer. They were fun and fast, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious
