This place is amazing, tremendous selection of flavors in both hard and soft, as well as milkshakes, smoothies, etc. etc. etc.I had the Chocolate Monster junior size and it was way more than I really wanted to finish, not that I could stop. But I needed to go for a 1 mile walk after that to recover.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you love ice cream and want to get the most for your dollars then you need to go to the Frosty Cove. I took my grandsons before I took them home. They loved it and said it was the best ice cream they have had! It was hit out so I had them get a cup with the cone on top and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday, didn't tell the Frosty Cove so not sure if they do anything for your birthday, but I got a APPLE PIE SUNDAE and OMGish the best ever!! The grandsons got scoops of ice cream of Cookie Dough. We will definitely be back.

One of the best Ice cream joints left in Muskegon! If you're down by the Muskegon Lakeshore (Pere Marquette Beach area) and looking for a sweet treat, I suggest you stop here. There are lots of options on the menu for everyone. My personal favorite is a Flurry or Grass Hopper sundae! A word to the wise: stop by before sunset to beat the rush.

8/3/22 - Staff needs more training on how to handle incorrectly made orders. I waited for 10-15 more customers to be served before my order was remade. Also had to remind them 3 times I was still waiting for them to fix their mistake. That led to a young woman that was working yelling at me to just wait and be patient. I tipped in advance just to receive bad service! Ice cream was great; staff is has no clue on how to give basic customer service. Another family asked to have their kids’ scoops all be the same size, and one child got significantly less than the others. The staff refused to fix that as well.

First a pet peeve of mine. If you want to be in business, there are expenses and accepting credit cards brings in business. I do not agree with charging extra for CC purchases. This is just me. Everything I've had has been great but then again, is there such a thing as bad ice cream? The service is super friendly. The lines are always long because they are so popular.

Definitely will not be returning. After waiting in the drive in line for 20 minutes ( only 4 cars in front of ours) the entire order was wrong and he handed the two cones from the window melting down HIS hand! Complete disaster in the car?

Ice cream is good but I can't get it when I only have my Google Pay on me. Fix your contactless pay method if you want to stop losing business.

Our first time in Muskegon and we visited The Frosty Cove. Fun ambience, TONS of ice cream/soft serve/shakes/smoothies/food options. Friendly service by local youth, they deserve All The Tips. Long line for the drive thru so we parked the car and went through the walk-up window. Crowds even at 9:30pm on a Thursday! Worth the wait, good experience, highly recommend.
