You should know that when you are tipping these hard working teens, they are not getting their tips. The tips are being put in to the owners pockets. Slow service and cost is way too high when you can get the same product around any corner in Muskegon. Won’t go back.

My experience was overpriced and underwhelming. I was really disappointed with this place. For a small flurry, at $5.70 each, I expected to receive more Reese peanut butter cups. I was absolutely shocked to see how little toppings were in the flurry, especially considering the price and how small the portion was. Honestly, I should have just gone with a small vanilla soft serve- I wouldn't have noticed a difference. It's definitely not worth the high price, and I won’t be coming back.

I stopped by pretty late on Saturday night, probably 9:00 p.m. Yhere was maybe a half dozen people in line ahead of us and it was still about 15 minutes to get to the window, then another 10 or 15 to get our basic order.

The quality was about on par with an average soft-serve joint, however the prices are much much higher. Portion sizes are very inconsistent

So many hard ice cream options and Dole Whip and food. We got medium cones and a single scoop in a cup and enjoyed it all. The slide was a hit for my 18 month old!

They have a good variety of hard serve ice cream. I enjoy that. But went there twice now. The vanilla soft was fine but they forgot the add whipped cream on something else. Also forgot it again the second time I went. I ordered their dairy-free coconut soft serve and it was more like coconut Dole. Had good flavor but it was not creamy at all and had a icy texture. I've have better dairy-free coconut ice cream that that from the grocery store. Also their menu said $8 for a medium specialty flurry and they charged me $12. Overpriced for something average.

I don't understand the bad reviews on here. I have had an excellent experience at this establishment every time since I was a child (early 2000's). I will share my experience from today.
I got a hamburger and fries, all for $9. For one, the burger and fries are delicious and FO has their own style for how they make it. The meat is similar to what you would grill at home and it has little onion bits and pickles, ketchup and mustard and it's just perfect. The fries are deep fried, very greasy and crunchy, they are different from most places.
I also got a large chocolate soft serve on a cake cone for less than $5. It was so big that I had to eat it fast. It only dripped once and it did not melt as fast as I feared it would. The ice cream was very creamy and I must say they have improved it over the years because I remember a time years ago when it used to be a little more icy. These days it's very creamy, and it sure rivals Whippi Dip.
The prices of all this was very good. I spent about $15 on everything. I did not get a drink because I think those ARE a little pricey.
As for the service, it was excellent also. The girl at the counter was nice, she took the order correctly, and the cooks made it VERY fast. They brought out the burger and fries in only a few minutes. The ice cream as well only took a minute. I was impressed. I tipped a little less than I should have, $1 for the burger and fries, and .50 for the ice cream. Oh by the way, there was no line. There weren't many people here on a Thursday afternoon, around 3PM.
The atmosphere of FO has always been nice. Lots of nice modern looking tables and chairs. Very clean. Of course there's a nice playground. The grass and plants are well kept. The whole place is clean. And it's across the street from Seyferth Park which is nice.
Over all a 5/5 experience. I've always had a good time at Frosty Oasis. If I lived here I would go every week (well half the year, I think they are closed in the winter. But if they were open in the winter I would go also.) but I have to go back to Florida soon.

After spending 20 minutes in line waiting to order, paying $20 for THREE ice creams, had to wait another 15 MINUTES to receive our Ice creams, AND then, the two people who order after us were served their ice cream before even getting ours. Safe to say I will not be returning.
And for notion, we ordered two hard serves, and a shake. Should’ve never took that long.

After waiting 25 minutes for 2 chili dogs with only cheese, I got 2 chili dogs with ketchup, mustard, onion, chili and cheese. The girls were VERY POLITE and accommodating after their mistake BUT after 5 more minutes of waiting...I got 2
Chilli dogs in containers WITH their hair. I will not be back.

Very awkward and slow here. Nobody is even remotely friendly, it took so long to be acknowledged and they all walked away for several minutes before even starting to make our order. The couple in front of us waited 20 minutes for their food bc staff forgot about it

Ordered an almond joy sundae with extra almond joy & they gave me plain ice cream with nuts and chocolate syrup. Paid over 10$ for that & they wouldn’t let me exchange it for something else either even though they don’t disclose that they don’t use the actual candy. There was also some weird orange coloring in the ice cream. Never coming back.
