2 times now they have neglected to cook our take out order. 25-40 mins after I ordered I show up to pick up and it's not even been put in the oven.
Love their food but can't eat it if they don't cook it.

This was the whole package! Great food, atmosphere, and service was above and beyond. The wait staff is outstanding. We had the burrito with the homemade sauce, and it was very good.

The food was great. Service has improved since a few months ago. Thanks for declining people with service dogs as people's safety comes first over pathetic discount efforts. (sympathy seekers).

We love the moon. Great food and great service. However - 3 stars because it takes the kitchen foreverrrr to get food out. The last few times we have been here we have waited an hour+ for our food. We get the same order every time - a breakfast sandwich and stuffed hashbrowns with an order of biscuits and gravy. Easy food to get out - how it takes over an hour every time is beyond us. But service, price, and quality of food is great! We’ve learned unfortunately you really have to be willing to wait for it. ??
