Went in to get ice and the staff was the rudest people I have ever meet, asked for a waffle dipped cone and was told very rudely we don't have any and they were done eith them for the season, take it off your menu then. The staff was not very friendly. Won't be back

Fast service, big menu, kind workers. Place is cute and clean, too! Prices are fantastic. You've gotta try the sundae ?

It was my first time shopping there. I was there today because of Bike Time. I couldn't believe that I was charged $10.00 for a pint of ice cream and $5.00 for a scoop of vanilla in a small bowl with Oreo cookie sprinkles. My total was over $16.00. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. The ice cream wasn't worth the ridiculous prices. But thanks for the friendly customer service.

Large selection of flavours and dishes. Personally I usually prefer big standard vanilla and chose a medium soft scoop ice cream with waffle cone. Reasonably priced too.

Parking: Busy when we were here. The bikers were in town mid July.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely, it’s an ice cream parlour.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the flat so shouldn’t be an issue.

I miss it being in N. Muskegon BUT it’s in a fabulous spot with an old fashioned ice cream parlor feel?
