Ordered a new menu item I've never had before, came with sour cream no mention of sour cream while ordering. When asked if I could get a new order was told it was my fault. My fault I should of known it came with sour cream. It was my fault as the male worker told me. Then shoved my money back at my wife. Wouldn't make order new even when offering to pay again. Why because it was my fault.

We ordered on door dash so I can’t speak to counter service or atmosphere, but the food? I haven't had such flavorful food in yearsssss. Everyone should get them some isabellas, stat. We specifically loved the Quesabirrias, Quesadilla, and mixed púrpura. Even the Rice and beans blew us out of the water. Ive never felt strongly about refried beans, but must be I never had good ones until today. They forgot the queso for the Chips and Cheese i ordered, but im not even mad. This food slapped so hard I didnt even miss the queso. We will absolutely be ordering again soon.
Changing my rating a few months later. Food is great and service was always great. The issue now is how the owner treats his customers at the local meijer across the street. Forced his way infront of my fiance, literally brushing up against her to get strawberries (which were moldy and rotten anyways so enjoy future customers) and was extremely rude. Wrote a comment on Facebook page and I was blocked. Thanks for showing true colors. I won’t be back!!
