This was for a small meeting at the office that l work at. Delivery was not available. I had to pick up my supervisor's order. Pizza was tasty. Cannot rate the atmosphere as requested as this is a pick-up only establishment.

Ordered and paid online, was given a pickup time, drove from Fruitport to Norton Shores, only to see they were closed early. Spoke to the owner this morning for him to tell my husband he was “sorry the order went through and we would be reimbursed”. Due to the inconvenience on multiple levels, getting “our money back” was not exactly all that could have been done. We will not be back.

Have ordered many pizzas from this location and have picked them up in person. I tried to order with the app tonight, and it said it was too late. I called the store and oh yeah, it’s 9:01 and that’s past the 9:00 cut off -seriously? When did this take effect? NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE -LOSERS!

I ordered an 8 corner pepperoni and mushroom on the phone. When I got home half was pepperoni and the other half was all mushroom. I had to throw out the mushroom side.

I had ordered two half-and-half pizzas. One pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. And the other pizza was half supreme and half custom. The custom side had no meat on it. When we got to our destination and opened the pizza, the custom side had pepperoni all throughout it. I usually don’t have trouble with this location. I did the text to order like I usually do. They said they would text me with an approximate time for pick up. I never got that text. When we called to ask about it the employee seemed annoyed. Could be because the system wasn’t working, could be because they were busy. I don’t know. Then we got the pizza and it was put together incorrectly. Luckily we had a cheese option too but half a pizza was wasted. We also ordered the super special and they told us that that was not unavailable option. I just typed out all of the toppings on a custom pizza. They got that one correct though.
Vegetarian options: I usually feel confident ordering from here as a vegetarian, but today all of my pizza had meat on it, except for the cheese one I ordered. Someone had mistakenly put pepperoni on one half of the pizza. Otherwise, like every pizza joint, they have lots of vegetable options to put on your pizza.
