Vegetarian options: The only option for a vegetarian is the veggie sub. All other subs contain meat.

Does not accept $50 bills or higher.

Ordered 32$ worth of food but was denied. Was told it’s a management thing.

Was wondering since when Jimmy Johns implemented policy.

Also was wondering how to pay for catering bills over $50 with cash. Due to the no large bills policy.

Sandwich was wrong and didn't taste fresh. I can tell you something on the Sandwich tasted like it was not stored in correct temperature or left out too long but here's the response I received basically calling me a liar when u told them the sandwich didn't taste right. I know what a fresh Jimmy John's sandwich tastes like and that wasn't it. Nothing was offered to me except for a "Thanks for your feedback." ... haven't ordered there since.

I am sorry to hear that we missed those key items on your order today. Our staff works hard to provide accurate and fast service but sometimes when we are training new staff we might miss certain things. I also want to reassure you all our veggies are sliced daily to ensure freshness. As well we dispose of certain veggies each night to ensure this even further. I will make the general manager aware of this feedback so we can continue to improve. Thank you for your feedback!

I ordered a country club combo. I got home and was eating my sandwich and I felt something peculiar in my mouth. I found it to be a strand of hair unbeknownst to where it came from. It could have been a pubic hair in my food. I will never return to a jimmy johns!! They refused to give me a refund. They offered me a coupon for a sub sandwich. I have lost all confidence in Jimmy Johns to prepare me an adequate product. I visited the store the following day and was told I had to go online for a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund. I definitely do not recommend them, very poor customer service ?

I write this review from a toilet... Only the 3rd time I've had to go this Monday morning... Sunday night I spent puking and also on the toilet... How did I know it was Jimmy johns...? Well I sure tasted it again...You guys really need to rotate your food more frequently... It's basic food safety... Now due to your neglect (or maybe you just wanted to pinch pennies and pass off spoiled food to customers) now I gotta feel this today... I could care less for a refund... I definitely don't want any free food...I just don't want to be feeling like this on a Monday morning as I drive 3 hours to my customer...
