My husband ordered us food tonight for dinner, 35 min my husband called the lady on phone said it was on its way, a hour later still no food, so i called we didn't have any food still, so after a 10 min phone call they finally said they will make new food, husband went to pick up food delivery driver call my husband a lier and said it was delivered well it wasnt because he showed my husband the pic and wrong house......... all the workers argued with my husband called him a lier infront of tons of customers and no refund for all our food but 4.00 for delivery fee

I came to the Jimmy John’s here and they were very, very busy with a long line and I could not believe the great customer service that I got they all worked together. It was great teamwork. The prices are kind of expensive but it’s well worth it. The top three employees that I like the best actually Was Antonio. He had a smile on his face. He sure doesn’t even care if the line is so long. He’s just happy to have a paycheck.

We had a bad service at a restaurant just before we came to Jimmy Johns on August 9th 2024 and we just wanted to eat something. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I didn't get the ladies name but she allowed my daughter who is one to have a side of meat. She gave us a cookie and told us she was very cute. After the first restaurant didn't go so well we were irritated to say the least and the lady at himmy jonhs changed that for us so thank you for having great customer service.

Very clean store, food came out as ordered and fast. The firecracker wrap was not spicy at all but ill doctor it up when I get home. (the chips do have some heat though)

It's very hard to get good service anymore anywhere, but this crew nailed it! Very friendly, very helpful, order was ready when needed(actually ready before scheduled time) thank you!
