We had a bad service at a restaurant just before we came to Jimmy Johns on August 9th 2024 and we just wanted to eat something. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I didn't get the ladies name but she allowed my daughter who is one to have a side of meat. She gave us a cookie and told us she was very cute. After the first restaurant didn't go so well we were irritated to say the least and the lady at himmy jonhs changed that for us so thank you for having great customer service.

Freaky Fast!
Very clean store, food came out as ordered and fast. The firecracker wrap was not spicy at all but ill doctor it up when I get home. (the chips do have some heat though)
Wanted to shout out to this crew! Order was spot on. Taste on all sandwiches was excellent. Customer service in the store was amazing. It's very hard to get good service anymore anywhere, but this crew nailed it! Very friendly, very helpful, order was ready when needed(actually ready before scheduled time) thank you! The sandwiches are delicious but I wouldn’t be surprised if this location fails the bread standard inspections - the bread is routinely undercooked. Also, don’t expect to receive “freaky fast” service even if you order in advance on the app. This shop operates at the speed of slow.

Placed a $40 order. When I pulled up to the window I was told they could not accept 100 dollar bills. “They weren’t allowed”. What kind of business isn’t allowed to accept money?
