I've been here a few different times, the last couple have been more disappointing as our order was made incorrectly regardless of us specifying food allergies and the order taking a long time to make. It feels like a lack of care towards the end of the day

Freaky fast must have been a exception for the apple franchise no customers in store employees out back and I was only one in drive thru ordered 5 sandwiches and it was a long wait so long that if I wouldn't have paid I'd left at least they put my sandwiches in box lol.

I would rather give these guys $ over Subway any day. A pro tip Is to get the biggest size and split it.

Was just there - manager was rude, employees were HORRIBLE. We placed and online order, coming from 3 hours south, and we arrived a little early (25 minutes). That shouldn't be a huge deal because JJ's is freakishly fast - right? Well, apparently it threw the entire place in an uproar. One kid working was slamming down bread. Threw an entire loaf away, and was terrible in conversation to his manager. Another girl that had a nice colored or dyed hair rolled her eyes when she realized we were an early order. The manager was unpleasant. The gentleman working the drive thru shut the window on someone as they were in mid sentence. Because I tipped beforehand, I tipped 25% for possibly the worst restaurant experience ever. I haven't broke into dinner yet, but if you're from out of town - this is NOT a typical JJ's.
