Best chinese food in town!the steaks here are amazing. Staff is top tier. Sunday buffet is so good!
We went for lunch buffet, almost all the dishes were empty,my friend got a couple bites on her plate, while I could find nothing in the few containers that weren't empty..we still had to pay for a full buffet..3 bites if food was all she too from buffet and staff got a attitude when I said everything was empty and said I could order from the menu then..I won't recommend or return
Not worth it
I'm very disappointed. I've been here before and was very happy, the food was great. I usually get the ribeye when I go. This time, I got it, and I'm still not convinced it was ribeye. It had a lot of gristle, was chewy, and 1/3 of it was pure fat, and it was cut about 1/2 inch thick. To make things worse, I ordered medium rare and was brought a well-done steak. They did try again, this time, it was rare. They offered something else, I asked about prime rib, they told me it was medium to well done. I told them to just take the steak I had and cook it a little longer. That was by far the worst steak I've ever had. Nothing was done to correct the situation. I'm upset because I really liked them, but after this I won't be back.
their chicken fried rice is mushy and has no flavor. they put green onions in it. horrible food. never again
Incredible food!
Place was clean, food was delicious and service was beyond amazing, highly recommend!
I'd give this 10 stars if it were an option.
We had the chop suy w/shrimp . The shrimp tasted funny , fried rice was at best ok, and pot stickers was ok at best . Atmosphere and service is great .. ill try again another day ..
First time ordering was not impressed at all the sweet and sour sauce tasted like straight vinegar. Also ordered vegetable egg roll tasted as if they were frozen then fried in inside was a soggy mess . I think the only thing I received that was edible was the crab ragoons they were ok
Waitres acted like she had to serve us, had to flag her to order dinner, took beer glass but did not ask if I wanted refill, had to flag her as to want my beer, wife waited but never got her refill. Egg rolls are always hot and sizzling, the ones we got were barely warm. My Mongolian beef had more onions then meat, wife's order brockley chicken was terrible and cold said she could not eat it and ordered my Mongolian beef, here's was less then mine in size and less then hot. We were in there just before closing and if they were going to close early they could told us and we would have gladley left and went somewhere else. Chan's has always been great especially their egg rolls, but this time was a disaster. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, but probably not come back for awhile. My tip reflected the service we received. Sorry

We ordered the lunch buffet and the food was excellent. They have Paramount Coffee which I love. Our waitress was amazing. Will be back.
Food score would be a 5 if they didn't put their hot takeout in Styrofoam trays. I realize everyone is trying to save a buck, but this isn't the way to do that.
I’m a huge fan of veggie fried rice & Mongolian beef so I asked our server for her recommendation. She said she likes the veggie fried rice so I took her recommendation & got a large size so I could have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Oh. My. Goodness. I ended up ordering another small order because it’s so stinking delicious that I didn’t want to stop eating it! I did end up hitting the top of my stomach & still had leftovers so portion sizes are good. This is the best veggie fried rice I’ve ever had ♥️ highly recommended!! I will be back to try the Mongolian Beef… if I can get past ordering the veggie fried rice again!!
I believe this was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. I recommend picking a time to visit when you’re not hangry level hungry, it takes a bit of time for food to arrive. Hint: it’s because they make your food fresh to order. It’s not sitting in a warming pot all day. I got the General Tso chicken, and will be returning to try the orange chicken. Service is fast and friendly, and our gal packed up the leftovers tidy. If you order large portions, you’ll likely have lunch in leftovers the next day. Pricing is moderate, and considering the quality, I’d say it’s a bargain. Highly recommend!
Food looks, smells, tastes store bought and frozen then reheated with a medium to low taste but the people were nice
