Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

The food was good but the service was so bad. Ordered take out Thursday for Saturday and it wasn't ready. And I didn't know I had to check the order before I left because they forgot several items. Thank God I wasn't far away when I got home because they called when I got home about the items they forgot. Had to make another trip. Over priced.

The location on Sherman is dirty and the chicken is served hours after it should be.

It's so sad when they can't even get a simple order right. I Ordered a 3pc meal with mashed potatoes and corn. Well I didn't get my mashed potatoes, I got maccaroni and cheese. And I know 1000% I didn't order maccaroni and cheese because I am allergic to cheese, and haven't eaten cheese since I was 5 years old and ended up in the hospital. So I have never ordered mac and cheese my whole life. So it was pretty depressing when I can't even enjoy my meal because a main part of it is missing and replaced by an item that could literally kill me. Just horrible service at Lee's. Can't really go back and get a replacement because the weather is pretty bad right now.

One box meal was VERY "slim Pickens!" The leg & chicken thigh were from a WAYOBIE Injection medication test chicken! It was tiny as heck!!
The side item, the two plastic sporks full of it not sloshed out of it's divider, cold slaw, tasted Wonderful! It just would have been a better side item in my Mouth! Not all over the chicken.😮‍💨

Wheelchair accessibility: Lee's wheelchair accessibility is Not SAFE AT ALL! It's VERY Dangerous for EVERY ONE Crossing the two lanes of cars going through the two drive through 's to order, then pick up at ONE window!🙄🤨😤Which makes no sense to me.
P.S. If you are the driver, be extra careful coming off Sherman boulevard into the parking lot, it's a head-on collision just waiting to happen!!!

Almost every time I go here I forget to check for the sauces I paid for. They ALWAYS FORGET THE SAUCE AND IT TICKS ME OFF. I'll just have to hold up the line next time and go through my order to check for sauces next time. Wouldn't have to if they did a good job. Food was great other than sauces.

Good chicken poor service. Waited in drive through behind one vehicle for 15 mins sat at the window watching the one employee that never came to the window for another 5 minutes before I left and went to the coop!

I am out of town and in Muskegon for business and pleasure… The staff at leaves gave me some iced tea that was amazing. Someone told me to go there to get iced tea and it was after hours just slightly, but they still helped me be able to get some iced tea Amazing experience thank you

The service was great. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. We had lunch there while on vacation. I wish they had a Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken in SWFL!! A must try..
