Special ordered a 3 meat pizza and when I picked it up the sausage, bacon fell right off.. meaning the other part of the pizza was old. They added extra meat to an old hot and ready and didn't add more cheese so it completely fell apart..

Ordered a cheese pizza. Didn't know they closed the inside early, and didn't know there was a drive thru. I had to call inside to get someone's attention to give me the pizza. I won't be back.

Lately the service has been getting worse. Tonight when I was there they had around a dozen employees and they still couldn't keep up with orders. They also gave away someone else's order. I guess I'm going to go to apple or Henry from now on.

Customer service is hit and miss. I think it's kind of neat that they offer the option to make payments through cash app, but on two different occasions while I saw someone using cash app, the process failed the customer. Not very reliable in my opinion. I called over 10 times and nobody answered my phone so I had to drive up and place an order one night.

This store sucks ran by children literally went in there at 9:00 at night was the first person in there wasn't a single person in there they had no pizzas hot and ready and they're portal was already turned off for the night had to sit there for 15 minutes to wait for one cheese pizza and had like three or four other people come in after me asking for pepperoni pizza and breadsticks and still they managed to get them people out before me I will never return to this location and it said because it's literally only 2 minutes from my house last minute pizza trips for my kids when I get out of work late at night and this will never be the spot I go to again
I really hate complaining but when I went to grab my pizza and breadsticks the food tasted really old. I know this isn't a five star restaurant but the least you could do is give your customers fresh food.

Overall, this place is just average. You get what you pay for, I guess, with one exception... the ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD! It's delicious! The pizzas are quick and easy to pick up on a busy evening, and the kids really like it. (Definitely ask them to add butter and parmesan to the pizza!) They don't offer a lot of menu options, but they do have a few salads. If pizza isn't what you're after, though, or if you're looking for a lot of customization, I would suggest trying another place. Now, if convenience is your goal, Little Caesars is where it's at.

Ordered a stuffed crust extra most bestest and received it without butter and parm on the crust. Brought it inside to the manager to ask for it to be fixed and was willing to pay for it and was told there was no way for them to add the charge for it after it’s already been paid for. I told her it should come standard anyway and she just said “no” with an attitude. It’s not too hard to refund an order and ring in a new one or even open a new order with the charge adjustment. This is the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to.
