The wait times here are insane. You can clearly see staff joking around in the kitchen while a the line is backed up. Hello! We can see you in there. DoorDash should ban this store from being a merchant. It hurts my earnings and kills my reviews. Get your act together Management!!!

I would give no star if it was a option.one of the worst service I've ever had. I waited in line for 45 min 30 min of the time at the drive-thru window no one came to window so I knock on the window. And ask is there anyone working to take my order they said they were short staffed. I told them they could have come to the window to tell me something anything instead of sitting for 30 min.are they ready now to take my order and the manger told me he would like me to leave at this time. I cant believe he said that. Worst place and manger.

Seems like all of the little ceasars are the same I Muskegon. Food is usually hot and freshly cooked. But, the service can quite slow. There’s never any kind of hurry to take an order.

Waited 43 mins for a pep pizza and they didn’t even cut the pizza I’ve called 7 times and they don’t awnser I will continue to call all day I have nothing to do hope it makes work fun listening to the phone ring all day like I enjoyed a 42 mins wait to a uncut pizza while at lunch

Awful experience, you guys are slow, rude, not helpful to costumers, lazy, and something is wrong with your management. Haven’t been here in years and not surprised that this business is doing poorly. Fix your staffing and management if you want better reviews. Nobody should come here!

This was an awful experience. I get there aren’t enough workers tonight but man I waited an excessively long time in drive thru wasn’t moving went in instead. Beyond capacity for the lobby. Then I get home and they gave 2 crazy breads regular should have been 3 orders all stuffed crazy bread the sauces were given to me with it all over the cup like man try harder or close the place down for orders when you’re backed up. I won’t be back here for a while. Might make a drive to Apple instead when I do try it again cu this was nuts tonight!!! Only reason 2 stars for food is because the pizza was alright it was cold but whatever 🤷♀️

The “claimed” manager was blown out!! Higher than a kite. I called him out that he was high and he laughed and said “I’m having a nice day. He was sweating, shaking, bloodshot watery eyes, & tiny dilation. They were out of pepperoni & I never got notified on the app when I ordered. I never got a refund or pizza. I have tried contacting the app and corporate for refund and to share the high manager and no response. In addition it was disgustingly and dirty inside. When you pull up you see all the nasty, dirty, clutter from the windows. They rarely have their doors unlocked and you have to go through the drive through

I ordered online and was given a 7:14pm ready time. I got there a little early and didnt get my order until 7:45pm. There were 4 people who cans in after me placed an order and got it before I did. My food wasn't even hot

Waiting 50 minutes for a hot n ready pizza is crazy.
Waited at the window for several minutes before my order was taken, crazy bread was burnt and had little to no seasoning.
