Order was ready at 810pm and had to wait in line at the drive thru for about a half hour. The lobby was closed. Got up to the window and was told the store had to close for a bit. Pizza was room temp and the bread sticks were hard, which I'm understanding of and for the wait. However, I was told all online orders had been refunded, but the charge has posted to my bank account. Posted, not pending. Was just told Bye Buddy at the window and had the window closed.

Called to place a pickup order. No answer. My son called and they answered phone all ignorant talking. My son hung up. I called again they answered after 8 to 10 rings. I told them I wanted a rectangle pizza. Picked up my order. It was round and not cooked very well. The slices flopped over when I picked them up. Had to put in air fryer. Maybe if the workers weren't screwing around they might pay attention enough to get an order right. Am not very happy with the service I received. I will go to different location from now on and I will call the corporate number also.

The only reason I ever go to this one is because it is 2 mins away. If there were another one withing 5mins, I would go there. Pretty sure my 10 year old is more capable of managing this business. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they all lost their jobs and the store closed. Very unprofessional from the bottom to the top. Truthfully the only good thing about this place is distance from home. If I could give a zero, I would. And would definitely give individual employees zeros. Let it be known, you suck at your jobs. Convince me otherwise? I honestly don't even know how they review at a 3.3 star with all the 1 star comments.

When you order 1/2 pineapple and ham and the other half is supposed to be 3 meat but they decide to make it all one pizza. And then how many times do I have to say my name for someone to understand it? Come on y’all. I used to like this little Caesar’s and choose them over any pizza place in town. Not so much now as they seem to have been slowly going downhill.

Consistency the worst Little Caesars I've been, slowest service ever, need to wait 20~30 minutes after food was supposed to be done to pickup. Run the place with 2 employees during lunch/dinner rush. Employees are great, but they don't have the staffing.
