I got there to pick up my order after lobby closed, which was a surprise because the sign on the door said they were open until 10. No big deal, except the employee cleaning just watched me knock on the door for 5 minutes before pointing to the drive through. At this point, still no big deal.
I pull around and tell her my pizza is in the portal, and I can't get it because lobby is locked. She asked me to speak up, and when I raised my voice, she just screamed NOPE in my face and left the window. Totally unacceptable behavior.

Ordered online to be ready 3 hours ahead of time. Food wasn't ready for pickup until 50 minutes after set pickup time. Prep area had food and garbage all over floor everyone of the employees just walked over it like no big deal

The workers are always great, even if they're treated poorly. Came in today for online pickup and it was unbearably hot. The workers had sweat dripping off their faces (not their fault, it's going to happen when you are working around ovens in an unventilated area with no air conditioner during a heat wave) one of the workers said it's been out for weeks. Weird way to treat the people who are making you money, not to mention the forefront of customer service. Get it together and treat your employees better, this is ridiculous.

Food sucked, pizza baked wrong, breadsticks undercooked & greasy with little to no parmesean. Mind you this crust was supposed to be regular & it looks like stuffed crust with no stuff!! Also side note all 4 of my sauces were watery & grotesque.

Stood inside for 10 minutes heard someone say you have front counter still no service. Had to go through drive through ordered my food waited 20 minutes then someone came out said they had no cheese for the sticks offered Italian seasoning or butter. Got my food the bread sticks were soaked in butter when I bit into it I immediately spit it out. How are they still open?

A snapshot of my experience there today for lunch- the young man at the window we was clearly newer (needed help to ring in my order) was the absolute most polite and helpful service employee I may have ever encountered. He apologized for needing help (unnecessary) and he even brought my food out to me since they didn’t have two of the lunch specials I had ordered. He is a stellar customer service worker and I was having a bad day and needed that kindness today

From you ordering on the app and driving almost an hour later and they “just now putting your pizza in” is insane and then you have workers eating while making your pizza and don’t forget the bugs in the cooler doors. Absolutely disgusting will not buy from this location again. #CallHealthDepartment

Horrible experience: tonight I waited in line for almost 20 minutes but there were only 2 people ahead of me. When I finally got to order my pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread the woman at the counter explained that they will not accept a $50.00 bill as payment and that it’s a rule for no stores to take those or $100.00 bills. . Pizza Hut takes a $50, dominos takes a $50, Little Caesars is the only pizza joint refusing to take American currency. Little Caesar’s you have lost my business for good. You should not let people wait in line to find this out, if you aren’t gonna accept American money then you should tell people ahead of time on your commercials.

Food was great the experience was great service could use a little work though another of talking with each other and not completing orders on a timely fashion due to talking had to wait 30 mins for my food when I was told 15 mins when I order
