I did a order in the app, was givin a time of pick up. Went in 3 times an was told that our order was not ready. All we order was 2 of there new pizza muffins.... it took them over an HOUR to make 2 orders of those. The young gal that I had spoken with everytime was EXTREAMLY rude to myself about my husband each time we asked about or food. Never again.

I visited this location for the first time, this evening. I asked for a cheese pizza and bread sticks with extra parm/butter. They said it would be about 10 min, and that they didn't have any cheese ready. After waiting for a bit outside, i went back in, and got my order, double checked with the employee that he made sure to put in the bread sticks the way I asked, and he reassured me he did. When I got to my car, I noticed that there were no special req. On the paper w/my order, and looked to find dark, DRY bread sticks. I went back I'm and exchanged them. When I got home, the pizza was COLD, and just gross, like maybe they found one sitting, after all. Just not a good experience, all around, and I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered in store while still on hold on the phone. Just wanted to see how long it would take. I really just didn’t want to go in. When I informed them that I was still on hold while getting my food they thought it was funny. They order was screwed up was only pizza and breadsticks, not really a hard order!

Ordered on line at 6pm was to be ready at 7pm then it said they were busy so had to push out pick time to 7:30pm wasn't done until 8:12pm was just the 7.99 pizzas. They were burnt. There were people who ordered that waited over an hour. Order area was cramped no place to sit down. I am an old woman, didn't like having to stand all that time.

Very poorly managed store. Managers car was parked to block drive thru window. So many customers in store had to wait outside. Asked if my order was correct on phone when I ordered 2 sets of wings and was told yes there are 2 wings on order. After waiting 15 mins beyond time order was supposed to be done I was given one order of wings. Management made zero effort to correct anything about the order. Food is overcooked and dry
Waited 20 minutes and no one even came to the counter. Watched multiple people just walk out, then walked out myself. Worst service!!!!

Long wait for hot and ready, won't come here again or really any of the locations, I've gotten more sloppy made pizzas then nice and fresh. Other reviews of the same statement are correct, this place moved to a new location that obviously got worse

Went to Little Caesars the other day to get slices and sticks I asked him to remove the pizza sauce they told me no and if they were going to they were going to charge me $3 extra to take a topping off I would not I repeat I would not recommend Little Caesars do you want pizza any place else is better even Frozen store-bought is better

I've heard of adding money for extra topping and understand this but was completely caught off guard today when told I would be charged $3.00 for not wanting pizza sauce on my pizza.... so charging for removing a item to ... guess I will go to domino'
