Each time I have stepped foot in this establishment I have been treated poorly, experienced uncleanliness from the door to the bar and bathroom. The employees are unprofessional, and there is no way to contact the owner. Any persons who claim to be managers will make excuses for the environment and quality of service. On multiple occasions the staff have caused havoc between customers as well as making false transactions, slandering customers and failing to follow food prep procedures. Attempt to contact and make aware of the situations has not been resolved.The employees are unacceptably rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.This establishment is not a representative of this community and takes fill advantage of the fact it’s the only bar in the area.

Unfortunately I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. My experience with the service has been continuously disappointing. Lucky for them they are the only dive bar in Lakeside. I've been personally slandered by Alisha the bar tender for no reason. I attempted to contact management (which seems not to exist) and have sought out the owner. It's such a great location, I wish this establishment represented Lakeside the way it deserves to be. This evening I stopped by to see a friend and out of nowhere I was accused by Alisha of a scenario she clearly made up. She made a situation personal intentionally without cause. I left the establishment politely and will never go back . I wish there was some way to shut this bar down so a new business owner could create an atmosphere worthy of Lakeside.

I gave this bar one star just so I could leave a review and this bar doesn’t even deserve that! The bartender Annie yelled at me “YOU CAN’T BE HERE!” (as she waved her finger at me) as soon as I tried to order and she tried telling me I was barred from the bar (when I’ve only ever been there once). She continued to yell at me, trying to tell me I was from traverse city (which I’ve never even been) and asked for my ID. Once she saw my ID, she realized I wasn’t the person she thought I was and slammed a beer in front of me and said “you can have this one on me because I’m crazy…” Then she was rude to my husband for the remainder of the night. I will NEVER return and NEVER recommend this bar to anyone!! Stay away from this bar unless you want to have a horrible night.P.s bartender - Sorry ma’am but not all mixed people look the same, please clean your glasses and have your facts straight before yelling at someone and excusing them of being barred! This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a bar in Muskegon.

The new bartender Alysia was horrible. Will never return. She never gave my fiancé his credit card back. Or she gave it to the wrong person. I was being very nice about the situation yet she still had security make me leave. I couldn't believe it, I've been going here since I turned 21, I'm 34 now. One of my favorite bars in Muskegon. I couldn't believe my experience last night. Really unfortunate they hired a completely incompetent person. Will never return until this lady is gone.
