I will never return here. I got a half container of frys and when asking them to refill it they told me they could not and now all we get is half of a container from now on. So if u order a small, u get a half pack, medium, half full, a large, half full. It's pilicy now apparently to rip off paying customers. Will not return either

I had an unbelievably terrible experience at this McDonald's. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I placed and paid for my order: a 20-piece nugget, a 10-piece nugget, a large fry, a small fry, and a large Coke. When I picked up my food, I was shocked to find that instead of what I ordered, I received six McChickens—not even close to what I paid for.
To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt, so when I went inside to correct the mistake, the situation escalated fast. I asked for a refund, and instead of fixing their mistake, they took the food back and refused to refund me, claiming I never paid! I even tried to show proof of the charge on my card statement, but the manager just kept arguing with me and was straight-up aggressive, acting like they wanted to fight instead of resolving the issue professionally.
On top of that, the entire staff, including the manager, was loudly cursing and using racial slurs—an absolutely unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. This location is a complete disaster—disorganized, disrespectful, and full of employees who clearly don’t care about customers.
I strongly believe disciplinary action should be taken against this entire night crew, including the manager. If you value basic customer service, honesty, and respect, stay far away from this place.

I go an order 2 10 piece nuggets an large fry an soda an these idiots gave me someone else's food an when confronted they wanted to call people fatass an be so disrespectful all cause your cashier doesn't know how to give receipts. I will be calling corporate everyday til this matter is handled I will not deal with disrespect an others shouldn't have to either.

I had 3 different people wait on me, including a manager and all of them was sooo rude, to me, and to the person behind me as well. I will NEVER come back to this location ever again. I dont know how day shift is, but nightshift should b ashamed...I waited for 15 mins inside on an Ice cream cone....this is the most unprofessional place I've ever went to. If u don't like your job then find another one.

I've been here a few times now, and every experience has been poor, to say the least...
The food quality sucks. You're either going to get something undercooked or a burger that is falling apart because their employees don't do their jobs.
I've been given one less sandwich than I ordered, and when I drove back around to call them out on it and show my receipt for proof, I was asked to leave the store. I wasn't rude or anything. The lady asked me to leave right away.
Now, I hate judging people, but the employees who work here are absolutely disgusting! I don't see any hairnets being worn, and some of these people look like they haven't showered in days if not weeks. Would you want your food to be served by someone who smells like a rotten gym sock?
Safe to say, I will never return here, and I advise anyone to avoid it as well.

In my opinion, if I was gonna go to McDonald’s, it would not be the one on Apple Avenue. The staff is usually never friendly. My orders are always messed up. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go there and most of the time it seems like the food has been sitting for hours!!
