I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience this time. I went to this McDonald's expecting the usual quick and simple service, but instead I ended up waiting an entire hour just to get my food. During that time, I watched multiple people who came after me receive their orders without any issues, while mine still hadn't come or been called.
When I finally went up to ask about my order, the employee barely responded and didn't seem to care about the situation at all. It wasn't just the lack of urgency that bothered me, it was the attitude I was given. After waiting so long, I thought maybe they'd at least apologize, but instead, when I finally got my food, the worker gave me a look like she was upset with me for asking about my order.
By the time I got my order, the ice in my Coke was already half melted, which told me that my drink had probably been sitting out for a long time before I was given it. Now, see, I'm usually very patient, understanding, and again, I never leave reviews, but this whole experience left me feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. An hour for fast food seems unacceptable, and the poor attitude that I was given just made it worse.
I truly hope this location will take a close look at this feedback and address these issues so other customers don't have to experience the same thing.

This is the worst Mc Donald's that I've been to from Muskengon to Detroit and I do a lot of traveling I've lived in Muskegon almost 6years now and unfortunately frequent this McDonald's hoping and praying my order and the attitudes at this location will be on point but unfortunately I've only had a handful of ok experiences! This place definitely needs to be shut down you have 10 employees standing around talking while the customers sit and wait to order only to get cold food wrong pop and attitude from the girl at the pick up window!!!! This is repeated behavior for 6 years at least twice a week! Another big thing I've noticed alot is the appearance of a lot of the employees here should not be allowed! Your workers represent your company and that should matter!

This is the slowest McDonald's its ever been my displeasure to visit. It took 20min to get 2 fries and 2 drinks. The people ahead of us waited 30mi for there food. I would recommend anywhere other than here.

Wouldn’t let me use a code, then got my order wrong in two different ways but refuse to fix it. basically said only thing that could be done was get a card sent which didn’t make sense at all when she explained, very poor communication and service
Had a gautamaln named John just be rude for no reason had to provide my take out which is reasonable but such terrible service 40 minutes for a simple mcchichen then to be rudely questioned...

Edited 6/7/25: ordered one cup of decaffeinated coffee (small) and they took literally 20 minutes to give it to me. I’ll skip this location from now on. Pretty pathetic service
