The food is prepared horribly, and by the time I get it it’s either cold or melted. The crew is so worried about the drive thru that they forget about the front counter and I can’t fault them because they’re not even fully staffed. The older black manager that was there today had no hair net and was constantly rubbing her nose then bagging food. I waited 20 minutes for a DoorDash order and then when I asked when it would be ready I was brushed off with her saying “It’s coming up in a few” I couldn’t give definitive answer to my customers. And the young man they have as a shift lead is just as bad as communicating. The only helpful person there was the girl with the long braids in a bun. At least I knew the food wouldn’t have hair in it.

Got the 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and extra pickles and what did I get 2 regular cheeseburgers. And y'all weren't even busy. I work at a different McDonald's and will not go to this one again. Every time I come here my food is made wrong. The workers put the stickers on and not look at what it's supposed to be.

Easily the worst mcdonald’s i’ve been in my life, terrible service. Takes way too long even when they aren’t busy. I’ve worked at M120 mcdonald’s which was way busier n we never struggled that bad. Fire all managers.

On 8/28/25 my husband and i ordered food via the app. Went to the drive thru to pick up and said they didnt recieve the order but we got the email confirmation and order number. The lady at the window said checked the front for indoor pickup and nothing they then confirmed it went to the correct location and it did. The black manager named julie then insisted on getting on the intercom and telling my husband they cant do anything and to get out of her line. My husband didnt raise his voice but did say they needed to fix the shitty app then. As he drove past the manager julie insisted on giving him the middle finger. When i went in for the number to file a complaint she wanted to yell at me and threaten to assault me. Julie provided the cops (she called for no reason) with the store number yet they are not allowed to give the contact number out for complaints. I talked to the supervisor that has not contacted me back. I filed another complaint for the leadership board and still no contact back. Julie still works there. Mcdonalds clearly doesnt care for their customers and thinks its ok for their employees to threaten their customers. I have never known a business not to have a zero tolerance policy for things. This clearly should be one of those instances. No wonder why customers come over the counter at the employees mcdonalds hires. The morning staff does not have good reviews and clearly the not my problem is the typical way Julie handles situations. Today is not 10/8/25 and still no response. If i could give negative stars i would. All the mcdonalds in the muskegon area are the same way... The reply to this review from mcdonalds is a joke. If they cared they would have called me the same week. Yet i had to reach out on 2 seperate occasions regarding the matter and nothing.

The manager Taylor was very rude and disrespectful while my family and I had lunch. There were at least 4 comments made that were uncalled for.

I tried to come in there and order something quick before my next shift I sat at the window as I seen other cars pull up to the second window and someone nobody still came to cash out my order and not to mention that they ring up the order wrong to begin with you need to do better

They never give out sauce for your orders, no napkins ever, sometimes you can expect to wait 20+ minutes after placing order in drive thru for cold food. Terrible service, the workers prioritize closing the store and cleaning, sweeping/mopping the floors over getting orders out the window near closing time. It seems like the lobby is never usually open passed 8pm, I believe the store closes at 11 maybe 12? They’re never open until the time they should be anyway.

Seriously? The management at this location must be completely incompetent if their workers are getting away with this kind of shit. They literally dumped the food into the bag upside down. Burgers underneath weren't even wrapped all away. Definitely won't be returning, starting to prefer small mom and pop restaurants that actually care about customer service.

Not that great have a hard time making adjustments for online orders over the speaker asked for a different addition to my sandwich that I can't do online and they told me no and I have to argue with the manager and staff on why I can't just swap the topping very disappointed
