Not that great have a hard time making adjustments for online orders over the speaker asked for a different addition to my sandwich that I can't do online and they told me no and I have to argue with the manager and staff on why I can't just swap the topping very disappointed

I ordered online at 10:22 a.m. was at the drive-thru speaker by 10:30 gave her my drive-thru code and by the time she came back it was 10:31 and she told me that they had thrown my food away because I was late... it does not seem that this McDonald's values customers or even making money if they're throwing food away. The young lady at the window was rude and walked away from me before our conversation was even done. Something needs to be done with the wastefulness.

Really poor experience. Waited at counter forever with my family. At some point a guy came out and said they were training new employees. But we waited and waited. The back was full of people working there that day. Lots of people walking around. Not one order taken the full 20-25 minutes we were waiting at counter. Not one. So we walked out.

I really don't like that I can't get my own refills. I just wanted water and had to bother workers for this.

We ordered 2 big breakfast, 2 sausages burritos 1 McGriddles with sausage and payed the extra 1.99 for bacon, and a sausage McMuffin. They gave us a bag with just big breakfast. We went around again showed the bag AND RECITE, the lady still missed a breakfast sandwich. And refused to give us one. So we went inside and then they gave us the missing item. We checked the McGriddle to see if it had both bacon & sausage STILL messed up the order. And decided instead of giving us WHAT WE ORDERED she gave us en bacon McGriddle. Now keep in mind this was more then 30$ and for multiple people! It’s just so disrespectful the way the workers handled the entire situation as if we were the problem. All we wanted was what we ordered this order was made 8/14/25 at 9:42AM in the mobile app. We showed recites and everything even asked them to check cameras incase they think we are trying to steal or scam them, something l would never do!

MC D's Muskegon Michigan Sherman Blvd day shift big big lady mgr was hostile sarcastic and appeared to be lazy . Food wrong and food cold . 4 times item were not as asked for we gave up . Nobody cared that worked there

I have been stuck in line at this drive through for 20 minutes. If we’d any idea it would take this long we wouldn’t have come.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 3 cookies WHICH I NEVER GOT, absolutely mind blowing when there’s only 2-3 cars in the drive through and 5+ employees

Ordered a quarter pounder and med fry. Told me to pull ahead and wait for my QP.i waited 15 minutes then I had to call them. She said she was waiting on fries. Got order fries were cold. Burger wasn't warm. So who ever owns this store you better make your people step up...I will go else where.
