Food is solid. Same as any McDonald's. Bathroom is hit or miss. Clean sometimes and other times looks like a tornado hit it. Service is sub-par except when freedom's crew is working. When he is working everything is usually on point.

There are a few employees that are an absolute ray of sunshine that I love to see! But, then there are others who make your overpriced 6 dollar breakfast bagel sandwich with old rock hard stale bagels. For that much per sandwich I'd expect the staff to throw out the old bagels for their customers sake. Please make sure you stop serving old stale bagels. Thanks.

Order ahead. Got back to work and opened my bun just to see HAIR. DISGUSTING. The lady on the phone said “We don't have anyone on the grill with hair” lmfao so I plucked this hair out of my black head and placed it comfortably on the pickle? Thank you for changing my eating habits maam, you're the best ❤️❤️❤️ p.s. you’re actually rude asf and should be ashamed of being so defensive instead of offering a solution.

Went there today for the last time. It’s cold and very unwelcoming. They do not get your order correct. The food tasted horrible. Has the feel of a prison.
Absolutely worst one in the world I order a McChicken with cheese and got a normal McChicken. The. Ordered a mcdouble and got a McChicken. On top of that I had to wait 30min for my 2 simple sandwichs. When I worked at that location back in my fast food service days the was never the problem. They should fire everyone there at that McDonald's and re hire
