It wasn't very busy but the service was painfully slow. At the selfserv kiosk there were not able tents. All the tables were dirty. And this McDonald's didn't have the selfserv soda fountain. I wouldn't go to this McDonald's again.

When in to order because I am disabled and cannot eat in my car when is it the counter for over r minutes closer to 5 ask somebody if anybody work there and the guy just said I don't know when hi was working there he shrugged the shoulders

This Place is the Worst manage rude unhelpful, won't give you your correct portion of food (half a order of fires when you paid for a full order. Don't waste your time! ist to many other restaurants that will welcome your business, that will treat you fairly and make feel appreciated!!!

They slack on orders the fries are usually old nasty and if you ask for no pickle they give you extra instead very frustrating. There new store manager sucks she will tell all employees one employees business which should be private. To bad Leslie isnt still there at least she had a heart liz sucks!!

Manager was very rude when asked to clean the tables, which were all dirty, then did a partial wipe on them. Floors were a total disaster, and one of the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.

I went through the drive through today. I got a Diet Coke with my order. The lid was halfway in and when I grabbed it, it spilled all over my car. I asked the girl for a stack of napkins and she gave me 4. I showed the girl that she gave me a broken lid and it wouldn’t go on the cup. She gave me a replacement drink and I asked her to take the spilled one as it was already all over my car. She said “we’re not allowed to do that” and I said “you’re the one that gave me a broken lid” and she just said “sorry” I let her know that I was leaving the broken cup in their drive through. When I went to pull out, I had to back my car up 3 times in order to get out, the car that they pulled ahead of me didn’t move forward enough. Overall it was a terrible experience and not the first one I’ve had at this location. I will be going to the Sherman location from now on.

What actually is this?? Ordered 2 medium caramel iced coffees. One clearly has cream and caramel and the other has none. I paid for 2 caramel iced coffee and only got one. It’s inconsistent and just disappointing. I would’ve asked for it to be remade but wasn’t given the chance. Disappointed to say the least. Do better.

Maximum velocity Motivation

Stopped in today with my large family and I can honestly say five stars is not even enough to represent how amazing the service and the food was while we were there the current manager that was working today obviously runs a tight shift and all of the employees were very pleasant and worked diligently to have our food probably the fastest that I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s The manager and the people running the show today definitely need to be commended and possibly a raise because my family does a lot of eating out and this is by far the best McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had bravo 👏 👏👏👏

I would give them a zero! They need to retrain there staff on how to read the food orders. Three times in the past month they have missed items on my order. Plus the food is getting worse also. Won't be returning to this one anymore
