Ordered last week 2 sausage, egg and cheese bisket, traveled 30 miles before eating opened order all I had was 2 plain biskets with just sausage but paid for everything. Go in today and complained about last week's order got the typical runaround and excuses filled my order again but this time they forgot the cheese, I order this all the time and now I was told I did not order cheese, I thought the customer was always right. Burger King is right across the street .Time to start going there.

Had an issue with my drive through order. My other half and i got home and as he bit into his first burger he realized they forgot the patty he checked his other and the same issue. I called the store and the manager Emma was very sweet and apologetic she said if I was willing to drive back to location she would have team fix up burgers and she even threw in a free flurry. She was very sweet and team worked quickly to fix up my order when I got there. Thanks so much resturant 16073 and Emma for being so sweet on such a busy night it is very much appreciated ?

Took myself and three kids to this McDonald's I don't expect much but a quick easy meal. Food was good, however a fellow customer brought me my food because the employees just left our food on the counter we had taken the little number thing it's on the receipt. However as we sat unable to see the front counter out for here order was just left on the counter. Another mom was in her with her older son and the next thing I know she and her son are serving my family our meal. She stated folks behind the counter were "Flustered" threw our food on the counter glared and the 2 of them and walked away leaving my food sitting out. Had a young man who apparently was a now former employee I heard him ask why did you have me come up here then if I don't have my job she said " So I could yell at you." I'm just a little perplexed as to why these managers at this location thought any of that was a good idea.

Depends on the day kind of restaurant. Pay extra for more pickels, you'll get 1. Half the time my burger has the exact opposite of what I want. 1 sauce for 12 nuggets is odd also.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life. My fries are undercooked since we watched them pull them out early they are cold and inedible. It took 30 minutes for just the wait for not even hot food. It took 30 minutes to just get the drinks. Unbelievable.
