Last week I went into the N.Muskegon Mr Quicks and I was the only one inside and nobody waited on or acknowledged me for 7 minutes so I left. There were 3 workers but only waited on drive in. Today I went to the Apple near quarterline location drive through. I Ordered right away. There were two cars ahead of me with one person in each car. I waited 23 minutes to get my food and it was all cold! These are only a couole of the poor service issues I've had with them. I try to keep business local but I'm done with Mr NOT Quick!!!

My recent experience was not good. I ordered the country quick breakfast and they did not add the cheese. I paid for all the parts of the meal but didn't get it.

Miss Tierra T!!!!!! She is the bomb, dancing for us and giving us the most excellent experience ever! She's a ray of sunlight, definitely stop in and see if you can catch her working cause she'll brighten up your day for sure.

First time impression was very good. Never had I been to Mr quick before Good customer service, delicious food. Both employees I interacted with 6/21/24 around 8pm were very patient and kind my food was fresh and delicious.

Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Spent $16 on a burger, large fry and kids meal. Both fries went straight into the trash. Called the store twice to complain and get a refund, just a waste of time nobody answered the phone. Now my kid and I are still hungry and I’m out $16. Just go to McDonald’s ffs!
