We called to put in a pickup order the receiver on the other line was rude obnoxious. It was a man. When we got there to pick our order up it was not even done so they never received our order but did remember the phone number and the conversation. When we got home we were supposed to get a half a pound of cauliflower received mushrooms which we didn't order onion rings that was so hard we couldn't bite in them. I will not come back to your establishment I will find somewhere else to go. I have been getting pizza from you for about 40 years it's a shame that it's went down the hill this fast Regardless of overwhelmed business doesn't mean that it's our fault they shouldn't take it out on us because they're busy bye

On two different experiences my order was made incorrectly and one time I had to wait because mine was sent out to a different customer. I was never reimbursed or offered anything extra for this inconvenience. In the past I've never had any issues it's only been over the past year that this has been an issue. Some of the staff members that have been there for years are great but some of the newer ones aren't as friendly. my husband and I are debating whether or not to ever go back. This is the hard decision to make because I have been eating at Scrib's Pizza for almost 40 years.

We placed an oder and got there and waited almost 50 Mims but they gave us 10 dollar discount and a free pizza. And the lady in the front was super kind and nice. And I highly recommend (note: me and my family have never had a problem at this place)

This Mr Scribs is the best by far! Worth every penny and it's always hot and delicious, literally every single person in our family loves Mr Scribs and they say if they were able to eat it every day we all would, this includes extended family also. we live right down the road so we always see them packed on the weekends, and honestly I dont mind having to wait a little longer for their pizza when they're busy, they say good things are worth waiting for and this fits the bill every time and I wouldn't even mind waiting an extra hour or two because it's ALWAYS good! Have a Birthday? Scribs. Special occasion? Scribs. Anniversary? Scribs. Feeling lonely and want to eat your way out of depression? Scribs is the pizza you want! (🤣) for real though this is THE BEST pizza in the state and this location specifically has the best of everything. They seriously put every other pizza place to shame. (We usually spend over 70$ for our family of 4, we usually get two pizzas, steak fries, the fried mushrooms, and Bosco sticks)

I have eaten Scribs pizza for years. Always great taste. Tonight I made my first call at 8:59, then 9:00, 9:02, 9:04, 9:06. They close at 9:30. So they stop taking orders at 9 and don't answer the phone. They might as well change their closing time to 9 on the website. I drove straight over to the restaurant and got there at 9:07. He explained that it was too late. This location is different and you need to take that into account.
Workers all extremely rude, restaurant has dust everywhere. Try cleaning up the attitudes and the building and we might try it again.

Gluten free pizza here is good, and a but larger than most. Expensive as heck, tho, that's why the 4 stars. I'll only buy again if I'm in a bind and need a GF pizza when I'm in the area. Was just passing thru for a work event and wanted it!

Mr. Scrib's pizza is the first pizza place I remember being in Muskegon, and the first pizza I remember eating... EVER. So, not only do I love the taste (usually), it holds a very special place in my heart. Tonight, though, it was rather disappointing. It was very dry (even for my husband, who orders light sauce and light cheese from every other pizza place but here) and quite tough. Plus, one side was burned, making 3 or 4 slices inedible.
Nobody's perfect. Everybody makes mistakes now and then. This certainly isn't going to turn me off their pizza, that's for sure, but tonight was simply not up to their usual standards.
P.S. Tonight I saw another review that complained about the breadsticks with cheese. A few weeks ago, I ordered the 'crusty bread' for the first time, and what we recieved was not what we expected. We thought it would be something like pizza crust sprinkled with parmesan cheese, cut into sticks (or something like that). We were sent breadsticks filled with cheese (which, incidentally, were WAY underbaked and doughy), just like the ones in the picture that reviewer posted. At the time, we figured were simply mistaken in what we expected we'd get. Now, it would seem that we weren't mistaken after all, and that we were sent the wrong item. Maybe we'll have to try ordering the crusty bread again someday.
