This Panera is a former Ruby Tuesday so it has a drive through and plenty of seating. I often use it as an alternative to studying at the library because I don't feel like I am taking up needed table space and I can refill my iced tea.

$40+ for three people. No drinks..1 whole sandwich, 1/2 sandwich, soup, 1/2 sandwich, salad. Felt like the lack of quality of the food and the high prices will definitely keep me away from returning. It would be a different story if we had spent that much money on food that was actually worthy. Dining out is just not worth it!

I went to the drive-thru in Muskegon, MI, for my second day in a row. During both visits, there was a few cars in front of me. However, the line moved quickly. The female employee that took my order was not very welcoming. She came across both days very rude sounding and it seemed like she felt that I was bothering her being there. When I drove to the next window (on both days), the cashiers were very friendly and welcoming. It was a different employee on each day. I didn't see name tags, but the first day/male and second day/female. They are the reason that I will return to this location. The blueberry bagels with cream cheese were very good. They have a nice size menu with sandwiches, soup, salads, bagels, etc.

Extremely poor service. Staff was rude,tables were dirty, and I had to clean off my own cable to find somewhere to sit. I watch numerous other people wandering around looking at dirty tables looking for somewhere to sit as well. I asked the staff if I had any rewards available to use, gave them my phone number to look it up they told me no, but then I went ahead and ordered some food anyway and on the bottom of my receipts, it said that I had not only one reward available to use that day; but four of them!!! Two of which were expirin that day!! And honestly I've been feeling ill since I ate there.

As a door dasher I can tell you that penera bread has snooty employees. They just talk and chat amongst them selves. They ain't worried about you as a customer

2 sandwiches and 2 small diet Pepsi........28.79!!!??
Ordered a delivery got the food which was not correct called they remade it went to pick it up and the manager was very rude tried to say that the sandwich didn't have chicken added to it but the slip with the delivery we received and the online order both state plus chicken then to top it off still didn't get the baguette that was supposed to come with the cup of soup highly recommend going to another location
