This Panera is a former Ruby Tuesday so it has a drive through and plenty of seating. I often use it as an alternative to studying at the library because I don't feel like I am taking up needed table space and I can refill my iced tea.
I went to the drive-thru in Muskegon, MI, for my second day in a row. During both visits, there was a few cars in front of me. However, the line moved quickly. The female employee that took my order was not very welcoming. She came across both days very rude sounding and it seemed like she felt that I was bothering her being there. Usually very good, fast, and delicious. Today though, I ordered 2 pick 2s for pickup; a soup and sandwich and a soup and salad. I always do a bag check before I leave the restaurant when ordering pick up. Today was no different and I saw that everything was there. I get home and realize the caesar salad had no dressing. So now I paid $5.59 for a bowl of lettuce, cheese, and a few croutons. So yes, I guess I should’ve checked fore throughly but also, would’ve taken employees...
