What is the point of ordering online ahead of time the app said 30 mins then having to go pick it up and it's not ready and having to wait longer I there was only person working there when I went there so instead of 30 minutes it took 40

Had issues ordering online, ended up having to call in and add to my online order, then they wouldn't apply the coupon because I didn't physically have the coupon, they were rude about it, It was confusing and lame

I'm beyond thrilled that Papa Murphy's is back open in our town! As a long-time fan, I was devastated when they closed unexpectedly. But now, under new corporate management, they're better than ever!
My recent visit was nothing short of amazing. Lashelle, and the
team welcomed me with warm smiles, and the service was top-notch. I ordered one of my favorite pizzas, and it did not disappoint!
The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it clear that this Papa Murphy's is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Did an online order and the order said food would be ready at 4:37 and i get there at 5 and it still wasn't ready. Then i find out that the salad i ordered wouldn't be coming with the lettuce or Caesar dressing i ordered and the lady working had an attitude. I wont be going back to this place again.

**I want to begin by saying this review is SOLELY regarding the new Calzones on the Papa Murphy menu.**
We normally order pizzas... and occasionally a dessert or cheese bread, etc. We finally decided to try the new calzones. My husband & I both ordered the pepperoni.
1st impression upon seeing the Calzone .... SURPRISE..... IT IS MUCH SMALLER THAN EXPECTED.
2nd impression... Disappointment... There was no way there was going to be much in the way of cheese & pepperoni in that VERY SMALL fold of dough.
3rd impression... The dough is SOOOOO thin that the only rise you're going to get out of this thing is your level of disappointment.
I want to finish by stating if we paid $5 instead of $7 each for these, then we'd perhaps feel a little less disgruntled. These are definitely not worth $7 a piece.
Stick with the pizzas... Unless you have a coupon or if they run a special on calzones.
